Does not drain water all the way ever.

It often and easily smells like mildew. Makes a loud banging sound during spin cycle. always has since the first two months of having it. Its been a year and I hate this washing machine. also the wifi feature is useless.

My washer motor and pump broke after only a year and a half. The repair service they use, Tekniton, has an F rating from the Better Business Bureau and with good reason. They do not answer their phone, and their voicemail system is actually fake. It doesn't matter what button is pushed. So, a washer that dies shortly out of warranty and using a fraudulent repair service. Samsung appliance products should be avoided.

Apesbent pedestal and pedestal feet that keep washer level. They also broke marble edge on the washer/dryer tub. Unit was delivered on December 16 and it is now January 5 with no resolution in sight from BB, their delivery/install company or insurance. Totally disgusted with responsiveness and accountability by BB who sold the unit and took my money upfront. I buy ALOT of products from BB and now wonder why.
