Puchased to replace an older model Samsung front loader that lasted 12 years and was still working but getting tired. Love Samsung!! Very quiet. Shorter cycle times. Has the steam option. Cleans clothes great!! Very happy with this washing machine.

I bought the washer & dryer online. I had a Samsung previously and was very happy with it, not this style though. This unit feels very cheap like it's not going to last long! ALSO, WHO MAKES A WASHING MACHINE WITHOUT A LIGHT INSIDE!!! The matching dryer has a light why wouldn't the washing machine? I would return them but there is a restocking fee so I would have to pay $300 to return my washer & dryer! Not at all happy with this purchase!

Bought in 2017 and worked great until it didn't after 4 years. I had a repair man over to look at it and he couldn't figure out why it would not get passed the rinse cycle.

This was the worst purchase I have made from Best Buy, had problems with the washer after 3months and now after alittle over a yr the washer has broken completely the door lock and the main board is out! Don’t buy!

Has had leaking issues from the bottom of the front door. Have had to call for service several times. I would look for another product.

The washer was delivered and a test run started. The drivers left after starting the test wash. At 17 minutes remaining, the machine stopped. I ran another test wash and the same thing happened. I worked with Best Buy to replace the machine with an LG product.

I received my new Samsung washer and dryer set today and I am extremely happy with the performance of these appliances. My clothes look and smell cleaner out of this machine than the Kenmore top loader I had previously. My only complaint is that I feel I was duped into this being a SMART washer. This washer doesn’t just hook up via Bluetooth and WiFi like any other smarthome product. You have to purchase some $35 usb device to plug into the washer and then you have to buy another for the dryer as well. I wasn’t told this upon purchasing the product so it is an added cost if you want this feature. I almost purchased this item until I saw the Samsung app only has a one star rating because of how terrible it is. Looks like I can’t use that feature as everyone on the reviews say it is an complete waste of money to get it all set up as there are so many glitches. I still love the products and they do the job, I just wish for this kind of money that they had the kinks worked out on the SMART features.

I had (2) of these washers delivered to my house in a 5 week period and neither one of them worked. I was disappointed with the turnaround time in providing to me a product.

Leaks too much. I hate i bought it. Would be perfect if it didn’t leave. Which they had this one in top load

This machine did not work on the first try. Sent it back and bought an LG.

This is a great washer, plus with the extra new step about it having a window to throw last min clothes in is amazing. Everyone should get one.

I'm not happy with this product because my wife hated

Only had the washer 2 days, this washer has cleaned all our clothes. We are a family of 5, 2 adults 3 kids. This thing killed a week's worth of clothes in under 6 hours! The load capacity makes all the difference. We upgraded from a 3.5 cu inch whirlpool. This thing has been great thus far. My wife has been looking for clothes to wash now when they had been all over the place before. Will give 5 stars once we have had it a little longer. The larger Dryer is also very helpful for a family of this size or larger.

This washer gets two stars because it quit after two months in the job. Turns out the motor was finished and an inverter control module had to be replaced. We did purchase the extended warranty (thank God) but this all happened under the regular warranty. The local service guy was excellent but it did take three visits and 10 days before we were back up and running. Perhaps this is a rare event but it did happen and all should be aware. The washer has great features but we replaced a set of 25 year old Matags that were still going strong. (Never needed a repair) Hoped for better efficiency with this set and it is too soon to notice. Certainly using less water than the top loader. Good luck to you all and you should consider the cost of the extended warranty when making your decision to buy this set.

Cleans one comforter and one blanket easily. Easy to use. Delay option handy for keeping up with laundry.

I have had this washer for almost 5 years now, and paid full price for it. I have not had any issues with it and highly recommend it.
