We absolutely love our new washer. Looks awesome. Works great. The delivery and installation went perfectly. Great salesman and delivery Has more cycles etc than we’ll ever use. The black stainless Rocks !

I wouldn't purchase another brand right now. I have had nothing but great things with these appliances. I have since purchased other Samsung items and had the same results.

So far so good. I like this washer. One thing to remember is to quickly wipe down the door and rim with a cloth after wash and leave the door slightly open. This will prevent any smell, mold ECT...

We are thankful to the Best Buy guy who helped us understand the different machines and finally getting this with its drier is just amazing. It washes just you name it. Many options and very quiet.

This is hands down the best washer I have ever owned. It’s simple to use, energy efficient and has many cycles to choose from. The drum size is awesome and I. An fit a king comforter in it!!!

This washer is so today. The drum is huge and I love all of the different settings you can choose. My grandkids love the lights. Many features I haven't tried yet but I would definitely buy it again.

This is my first front loading washer. A lot noisier then i expected. Called Samsung and they sent out a technician who verified that the noise was normal and suggested to increase the load size. Next washer will again be a top loader

It works great but I’m old school and should of got top loader. There was always water on the window so I keep door open so it can dry out. A little awkward but I don’t want a mold problem

Im glad i spend a little extra and went with the samsung it works fantastic and is extremely quiet plus the clothes are almost dry when they come out so dryer time is cut in half

Delivery was right on time and very professsional. The washer was located on the third floor of my condo. They took the old washer out and replaced with the new Samsung front load washer.

The washer and dryer are great for a large family or a family who doesn’t want to wash clothes all the time. The machines are very large. The dryer stops on its own when the clothes are dry.

Ordered a washing machine that was a great deal! It’s an excellent machine, and the delivery crew did amazing with installation and delivery. Very impressed!

Overall, I think this was a great choice. There are a couple of small things that I have noticed that I need to have looked at, but I love the washer. It was a great investment, and always purchase the extended warranty!

Great washing machine. Lots of space for large loads. It is stackable and one of the great things about these machines. Will never go back to side by side machines

This is my 2nd Samsung washer! Glad I decided to get another Samsung. The only thing missing is a pre wash cycle that my old washer had! This one had a self clean cycle though!

So far the machine works great. no fuss. Still have only used it for 5 or so washes, so time will tell. the spin at the end of the wash seems to leave clothes a little wetter than I am used to. I am working on that.

The only thing to watch is when cleaning the filter water can collect in there and spill out. The great guys from Geek Squad warned me about this, so was not a surprise.

I went from a 2000s style set to this fancy set, and there are so many options! It took us a while to figure out how to use them. Once we set a "my cycle" it's a breeze!

Washer seems to be solid. Washer is quiet. Ike all of the setting but wish I had bought one that had a few more setting. Old washer had a whites setting and this one doesn't. Clothes don't come out tanglesd up.

So far this is the best wash machine we have ever owned. We have had the matching dryer for three years now and love it. I would definitely recommend this set to anyone!
