It looks nice, works good so far. Its a bit noisey & leaves water in the soap try after washing clothes.

I do not like a front load washer because they must be cleaned and dried after each use or your clothes will smell musty and moldy. Water, hair and dirt sit in the rubber gasket and creates odor if not immediately taken care of. I do not feel that my clothes are ever truly clean. Have to use bleach on towels or they will not smell fresh. Probably not Samsung’s fault just all HE front loading washers.

It is sleek looking. However the drum looks like it is going to punch through the right side during spin cycle. Only time will tell on how reliable it is.

My bad, i bought the wrong washer, this one shakes too much and load in spin mode. HELP!

I purchased this washed thinking I was getting a bargain as an open box item, but I was definitely wrong. I was a little suspicious of the price of the open box item on the store floor, and expressed my concern to the sales associate. She insisted that the open box items were indeed checked out by technicians in the store to ensure they worked. I believed here and proceeded to buy the washer. The delivery schedule was very fast and convenient, and it was installed in my home about 3 days after purchase. The technicians installed it, and turned it on, and since it did power up, they had me sign the delivery paperwork, and left soon after. Unfortunately the tumbler in the washer never activates. After multiple attempts, I called the store to have someone come and look at it. This took over a week to have a tech come out, and of course in the meantime, I had no working washer. Once the tech arrived and looked at the unit, he advised me of the multitude of problems with the unit and that "there was no way this thing was working" and that he wouldn't even bother to have it fixed. As such, I returned the unit, got my money back, and purchased brand new elsewhere.

This washer does not remove hair and lint as it should. I put clothes on and just itch until I take tape to remove all the lint and hair. I swear more crap is going on the clothes than are ON the clothes when they go IN to the washer. It started within just a couple months of owning the washer. I've cleaned everything. I've had the pipes cleaned out and the sewer line cleaned. I've used the stupid Smartcare App, which also didn't work for the longest time. For some reason it worked after I used it on the dryer, which had no problem. Then it started working for the washer....and, result: This washer has no problems detected. I will never ever again buy a Samsung. I wish I'd just bought a simple top loader. The only difference is this washer LOOKS fancy. It's just a piece of crap.

This set works better than my previous set, so far all good.

This washer seems to leak out of the front. It gets the job done.

I had read it in someone's review and didn't think it was possible. However, it's true...this thing uses so little water that there is excessive wear on my clothes and things like towels come out rough. Do not buy this.

Nice look, good for small loads but make lots of vibrations in spin mode. Door seal already requested for replace, must buy warranty.

i bought this but then returned for a 10 cycle washer.

Less than 2 years old. I will have to spend more money to fix it than I paid for the original machine. What a waste of time and money.

I purchased this about 4 months ago, and so far so good, it has tons of features all digital, washes clothes very well, quite, efficient, with large capacity, also has a self clean feature that is very nice, I did give this 5 stars, however one thing about the wash cycles except for quick wash is they take a full hour to complete the wash, also the self clean is about 3 hours both seems it little much. Delivery was flawless, removed my old machine and setup the new, tested it, explained how it worked and were very knowledgeable. One other thing because this washer is energy efficient I received an additional $75.00 rebate, sweet.

The washer works great. The install process is bad. Best Buy took over a month to complete the install and they left us without a washer and dryer for over a week.

I had to have Best Buy come out to level the machine twice and then Samsung to come out for noise from the washing machine when it goes on spin. Still not fixed and very disappointed in the purchase

Died after 2yrs. Unable to fix. Look elsewhere if you’re in the market for a new washer.

Works but is loud and sings or plays a digital song after it is done. The sales person said clean it once a month we had to clean the filters once a week. Started to leak after 3 weeks.

Had to return this washer, reason being that it didn't throw out a lot of water... My clothes literally got a bit soaked (it didn't fill with water at all, not even half way, nothing) and it just didn't seem like there was any friction to get the clothes properly washed... I took it back and I was told that washers now are high efficiency and I won't find any washer that fills with water... My sister recently bought an LG washer and hers does fill up... I was so discouraged with my Samsung washer that I don't know what to get at all now
