I had to return the washer and dryer because they were useless as a stacked set because the dials on the dryer were too high to see. I'm tall and my husband is 6'5" and he could hardly see the dials on the dial when stacked. It's been more than 10 days since the return and still no credit on my credit card.

Had to exchange it the first time and it had the same issues with the second one. In addition the people who installed the second washer installed the hot and cold opposite and all our clothes changed colors. I’m extremely disappointed in the product and the service!
