Doesnt throw alot of water i would not recomend it

I replaced my Whirlpool Duet that I used for 9 years, with this Samsung (black) which purchased a month ago. Cleans and works good, but the machine has a lot of vibration. Machine hasn't stayed in one spot. Can't leave anything on top of the machine, such as a plastic container, detergent etc. and have fallen off the machine. Supposed to be VRT. I do miss my good old Whirlpool.

Great washer machine for your busy life. It last for a very long time.

My first front load washer and it is great. We had little space and got the adapter to stock the dryer on top. Follow the manual to program before using first time. Sensors for balance needs programming with easy steps to follow. After that very quiet and easy to use.

I have been using this machine since December 2018, and now, as of April 2024, the control board has malfunctioned. Replacement costs ~$300 through Samsung, which is more than half of what we paid for this unit. It is disappointing that these machines do not last. They are a waste for consumers. I do not recommend them.

So far the is a good washer. I was up-grading from a top load washer. The noise issue: This makes more noise than a top load because it 'tosses' clothes - better cleaning than a quiet top load? The biggest difference between a top and front load is the weight. The top load we had was about 60#, this is about 200#. I didn't pay the $20 install because I thought it's not that hard to hook up 2 water lines and a drain! Wrong. Getting this 200# machine in the house and getting the level right took 1 and 1/2 hours and sore back. Pay the $20, I wish I had.

We have had no problems with this machine until this week. It has a a code error and will not run. I would choose another brand and a better review machine. Or are all modern front loaders just a 4 year product?

Poor performance bought 2019 and it has stopped working

Works great and fast. It’s also very easy to use. We love it!

The most annoying thing is the rubber gasket that picks up mold and accumulates dirt. It is also noisy and quite uncomfortable to clean the filter.

Overall a very good front load washer for the price.

I wish I could give them a -5 star, I bought all my appliances from Samsung less than a year ago. It was a big mistake. The dryer delivered with damage, the washer stop working after 10 month and although it still had a free labor and material the Samsung costumer support was like a Messenger ONLY. they have to go through a third party that those will schedule you when ever they want and charge you what ever they want SAMSUNG has no control on them.
