It does not have a real rinse cycle. The wash stops spinning ,adds a tiny bit of water then spins out. The rinse cycle lasts 1 1/2 minute. The rinse water never touches your clothes . The water is sprayed out in the middle of the tub. This is junk. The support staff is clueless. This is junk. If you have already bought this model watch the whole wash. Pay attention to the 1 1/2 minute rinse. Its a joke. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK.

She raved about how well it worked until it broke a little after a month of use. Samsung sent her through a warranty service that was local and they made her wait 3 weeks to finally come to the conclusion that she would just get a refund. I wouldn't recommend buying this for anyone who has a family and needs to wash things consistently.
