I got this tv as a gift and can't complain. Picture looks great and the size is perfect for my master bedroom. There is some motion blur but for this price the tv can't be top of the line. I would recommend it especially if it is a debroom tv. Shouldn't be the tv for your main entertaining room (would recommend you research and spend a few more bucks on the top of the line Samsung and bigger tv). Plays games well and smart tv apps are cool.

i returned it after a week. i wanted this a a gaming tv. input lag was a joke (even on game mode). and motion blur was disgusting. picked up a sony 1080p tv and i love it.

I ordered the TV online, it came quickly 3 like ldays, and it wouldn't turn on. Took the TV to store and returned it. They didnt have another in store so I had to wait a week for shipping. The replacement arrived and when I turned it on it had a 3 inch wide white strip down the middle of screen. Needless to say it was returned and I purchased the same brand just a little larger

Got vizio instead, best buy return policy was fine

I purchased this television the weekend of Black Friday for 480 dollars. Considering it was 4K and 40inches and Samsung I assumed I would be satisfied in my buy. I was in most ways. The tv is made out of all plastic besides the stand but looks great. The picture quality is stunning. The three hdmi ports are perfect. The only 2 things I have to complain about is the media from the smart tv apps and the remote. The media on the smart tv is laggy and sometimes doesn't even work. Netflix is reliable however YouTube doesn't allow you to go passed the adds once there done and that is where a lot of 4K content is. Also Amazon instant video wouldn't even let me log in and the interface is outdated and slow on the app. The remote is not very modern and has very weird button placement. Also it feels much cheaper then any plastic remote I have ever held. I'm still satisfied with my purchase but those are the few issues I had with the tv.

Have had this tv for a couple of weeks. Enjoy the 4k picture it is incredible. The smart tv works excellent.For a entry level 4k tv I'm very impressed. It is located in our family room which has plenty of light and the picture looks good and easy to see even with how bright the room is.

I had been in the market to upgrade the bedroom TV from a 32 inch Samsung. This model was on sale for $449. The picture is amazing now granted even at the full price of $749 this model is on the lower end of 4K tvs the picture quality is great the colors pop and you have the ability to play with various settings to get it just right for your taste.

I let the technology slip on me and wasn't fully aware of 4k or uhd and was pleasantly surprise to discover the improvement that is quite frankly to me remarkable. I love large screens but the extra room I'm converting to a bedroom would not accommodate a very large screen so I looked at smaller screens and am very pleased with the picture quality of this particular model. Simply great picture quality and I high recommend it if the size fits your needs.

This is the perfect answer to an entry-level 4K UHK TV for a great price. I got this a few days ago, extremely please with the picture and easy set up.

I use it as a display for my computer via HDMI. It is like having 4 HD monitors in size. No need to pan around to see large spreadsheets, software programs and digital data. Colors are good and the menu's are easy to go through to adjust any of the display settings. It has wireless and wired network connections. Haven't take advantage of them yet. Don't really use it as a TV.

I got this TV for a stand that used to hold an old 32in 4x3. I couldn't go larger than the 40 inch TV. Given that as a reason for picking the 40 inch TV which is on the smaller side of 4K TVs, I couldn't be happier with the TV. Setup was simple, attaching to WIFI was easy. I purchased a soundbar because I didn't expect the sound to be good in the entertainment however it turns out to be pretty good so I rarely use it. The picture is fantastic, even with standard definition channels it is great. There are plenty setting for sports, movie etc. which are easy to use and pretty nice.

I went into my local store to buy a TV to mount on my wall in my computer room . This was on sale right before Thanksgiving, for the price I decided to pay the difference from what I was originally going to buy and got this. I am so glad I did! The image is amazing, I can't even begin to describe how clear and detailed the picture is. But I watched a 4K underwater show meant to show off the 4K image, and the picture was amazing, you could see so much detail on the aquatic life, it was just incredible. PROS: -AMAZING Picture -Easy to operate -Very thin, and light -"Smart TV" is sold, no issues or dropped wifi CONS: -I miss my wife -My daughter is always trying to use it -I missed several nights sleep

Bought it on blackfriday for my daugher on special great on video games sports and netflix people complaint about nexflix but that depends on your internet provider

I bought this tv because it was less than our 1080p 40" that we bought 4 years ago. 40", 4K, Samsung, Smart, 120Htz....all things on my checklist for me to consider replacing our old TV. Plus, it has mirroring functionality for my Android phone! The WIFI is solid, the smart interface is almost as good as my Xbox and equal to my Apple TV. For under five hundred bucks, this TV is a no brainer. The only downgrade from our previous TV is this one doesn't have a swivel base, but that's not worth taking off a star.

I ordered online for the great deal for the samsung brand and price but it was only available for free shipping and not for store pickup. When i received my order the screen was cracked so had to ship it back and couldnt get store pick for the return. I would recommend not to have tvs shipped. I would prefer next time store pick option if available. Not best buys fault the shipping carrier

Bought this TV last night for 472.00 ...upgraded from a visio 40 inch. .an honestly there isn't tht much difference! Besides the 120hz the 4k doesn't really wrk on youtube..my game mode is disabled with my xbox one connected to my tv..the picture is alright I guess ..don't see much of a difference from a 1080p..the internet is good no lag..the apps on the TV is a good feature..it's a good tv by Samsung..I'm still figuring it out..

Bought this tv as a gift. Easy setup great tv for value however the screen has a major defect with white discolored area on the right side will need to return and cross fingers the next one doesn't. Looks like the display has a defect and colors and contrast are impacted. About ten percent of screen.

I bought the 65" last year , now the 40" for my family holiday gift . I love Samsungs products , may be because my name is SAM . Laugh !!!

Love the picture, easy to set up programming. But that remote?? At the price point of the TV, I would have thought the remote would of lit up. How annoying to get out the phone, to light up the buttons?
