This washer is great! The large drum makes it easy to fit in lots of kids clothes cutting my loads down! They always come out clean and fresh! Very happy with my purchase. We cloth diaper and it works great for that as well! So many setting choices. Love this washer!

After our old samsung washer exploded [due to us not realizing it was on the recall list] I was scared and nervous to purchase another Samsung washer. But after going through what felt like a million reviews on several brands I came back to this one; a newer and improved samsung washer with outstanding reviews...its quiet, holds my king size sheets and quilt in one load and plays a fun little time when it's finished. It is a bit deep; I'm 5'6 and sometimes have to stand on my tip toes to get small items off the bottom. But all and all I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone!

The washer is very easy to use and you can fit a lot into the washer. I finish all the laundry in less loads. I like how the washer is quiet as well.

Washer is very appealing to look at and works as expected. My favorite setting is the brilliant whites. After using this setting for my husbands t-shirts I noticed a remarkable difference. I also love the music tone that plays when load is finished. It is not loud but unique and easy to hear when in another room. Washer is deep so you must reach in far to remove clothes but because of this huge capacity I am doing less loads. My clothes are cleaner than they were with my old washer. This type of washer has longer load washing times but I got used to that quickly. I love that I can wash my comforters in it, one at a time of course. But they came out so nice.

Pros. Capacity. Lack of noise. Spins clothes out. Cons. Very deep. I have no issues but I am 6’2’’. Wife has a hard time reaching the bottom. She is 5’5’’

I had never seen or owned a top loading washer that did not have an agitator. As I am new to this technology, it's been interesting watching how the system works. I absolutely love this new concept for many reasons. This washer is a pleasure to use.

Replaced my old set. The washer works great but the load the washer holds is larger than what the dryer will dry as there is a flaw in the design. The fins don’t go all the way to the rear so large loads cause the clothes in the back not to tumble.

This was a washer I bought as a set for my children. The washer holds a LOT of laundry, which is great, but it has a hard time getting rid of the sand we so often have on our clothes and horse blankets, and the cycles are somewhat lengthy. For the money, though, it’s a good value.

Very please with my new washer. It works great. It is a top loader and the tub is pretty deep so if you are on the short side you may need a step stool to get all the cloths out of the bottom of the machine. I'm 5'6" and am barely able to reach.

This washing machine is easy to use. There is plenty of room with out the agitator for big loads of clothing or whatever needs to be washed. It all comes out clean every time.

Washes our clothes great. Very large capacity, can fit a lot of clothes. Can be a little hard at times to get the last couple remaining items out but not too many bad. I’m 5’2” and just need to stretch a little, think it’s worth it for how many clothes I can wash at once.

I LOVE this washer, and love to watch as it calibrates each load. I purposely did not want the agitator in the center, and this washer still washes with an aggression to clean the dirt right out of your clothes, granted some pretreatment is still recommended. I add scent beads to the main wash and it makes my clothes and towels come out smelling GREAT! My only mark down is that I have to use a step stool and lodge myself into the bottom of the deep washer in order to grab the clothes on the bottom because it's really steep. That is my only complaint.

This washer is very quiet and easy to use. It can handle a very large load of dirty clothes so laundry day doesn't take as long. Two thumbs up.

I’m very happy I got this washer. It’s huge so I don’t have to go out for my king size comforters to get cleaned up. The only down side for a short person is that he/she will need a step stool to get the items out of the machine.

I like how quiet the machine is. It runs smoothly, I can put clothes in easy, and I can put a lot of clothes in.

It's only been a month and im loving my new Samsung washer. I gave a 4star ratings because ive only had this product for a month not sure if ill have problems in a couple months. Also this washer is very deep so if you are short please have a step stool near.

The capacity is huge! It is very quiet, easy to use, and looks great. I've had it for about a month and am very pleased with everything.

Nice washer, it washes clothes well and has more settings than i know what to do with. What I personally like is that it is not too loud, this may be due to the fact that I made sure that the drum in the washer is level which was easy enough to do from the user manual. there is one frequency on the spin cycle that does cut through the walls but not too much. Overall, very pleased with this unit but do not get the dryer with "steam" to match, just get a a spray water bottle and the dryer with out "steam"

this washer is so quiet and easy to use. it fits my comforter easily. also simple to use where we taught my young kids to use it.
