I would give a five star rating but the only reason I give a four is because even though is super size capacity if you fill it up full with laundry it doesn't fill enough water to cover the clothes I tried all the settings and probably has to do with the machine being eco friendly,another thing is the washer in general is pretty quiet but at some point during the cycle has little bit lauder humming that the back cover vibrates and rattle I haven't checked if the screws on the cover are tide enough though but in my view if is new you shouldn't have to check or repair anything even if is single screw loose.

Got this unit as a gift for my wife and she is so incredibly happy. We can do about twice the load size per wash as we used to, and it cuts our time spent doing laundry in half. Much gentler on her dresses and fine sweaters than our old unit....runs smoothly and quietly...and she loves the way it sings to her when it's done with a load. We've tried most cycles on it by now, and it's all worked perfectly. Also wonderfully compact considering the tub size. Wonderful washing machine!

We were in need of a new Washer &dryer. We are Samsung fans all the way. After extensive research we chose this washer. Being that I am the primary laundry do-er I have the most use with this . I absolutely love it. It is HUGE and fits 1 whole laundry basket in it. (Which makes my life much easier) . A great value for the price paid. Plus the delivery was flawless.

We love our washing machine. It holds a ton of clothes! I went from doing multiple loads a week down to only 1 load for a family or 3. Has multiple wash setting that come in handy. Only negative for me is that I’ve never used the bleach tray and I just noticed mold in the top of it.

This washer is the best beacuse it save water and has big space to put more clothes. Doesn’t make any sound while doing the spin cycle.excellent washer.happy with my purchase.

Really enjoy this washer. It is literally HUGE!! In doing extensive research on washers and dryers these samsung products seem to just be the best. Everything works great. It is simple to use yet has great options.

Super large drum you can set a ton of clothes in here. The very bottom is about a foot off the ground. Hope you have long arms. Nice plexiglass top Unbreakable.. also pretty quiet operation

This is a top loader without agitator. I love that clothes no longer get hung up on the agitator. The spin cycle gets clothes much dryer than the 1970s model this replaced!
