Best Purchase Ever
I’ve been looking at laundry sets for a few months. Our dryer has been making a weird noiss so I knew it was just a matter of time before I needed a new one. Had been going back and forth between the GE & Samsung and even looked at cheaper sets due to costs. With a help of a friend that swears by the Samsung brand, I decided on this on. The size and features were perfect for me family. The technology adds convenience. The price on Black Friday was a bonus. We actually look forward to doing laundry! My fiance loves the active wear mode and the sanitize feature. I love that I can put my whole bedding set in there with plenty of room to spare. Being able to sync the washer and dryer so that they are done at the same time is cool and having remote access to the units through an app are right up my tech alley. Definitely will recommend to anyone who’d listen!

Great purchase
We received our new washer and dryer on 11/29/24. The date of my review is 1/4/25 so we had some time to use it and really see if the reviews we read are correct. We first went to the store to check out and see the different brands and ask questions before we decided to purchase this item and brand. We choose the dark color with the agitatior in the middle. Why? Because we wash frequently and husband wanted it. I compromised and said ok. I noticed the inside washer is very deep and hard form me to take clothes out. That’s no problem cause I’m short 5’5. This is a challenge for someone who is short or shorter. Hubby has no problem getting clothes out as he’s 6’3. We have experienced NO torn or ripped clothing from using the washer or dryer. The wash and dry cycles has more options to choose from. You can use quick wash and dry or choose a longer cycle if needed. There’s also an APP you can use to start your appliance or preprogram to your desired needs. Clothes are clean and fresh smelling washer and dry cycles are completed. There is even and icon to let you know when to cleanse the washer or buildup. The delivery guy’s were very nice, respectful and efficient in hooking up both items. Nothing came scratched, broken or damaged and both items were covered.
