We had GE front load washer(purchased less than 3 months from another appliance company). The GE front load washer sounded like it was going to explode on the spin cycle (it sounded extremely unbalanced). We had called warranty technician a few times and they would put 6 towlels in and run the washer, ultimately they “could not duplicate” the issue and the noise was “well” within GE requirements. So we pivoted and took a leap on purchasing and replacing our brand new GE set with Samsung and we love the washer and dryer. Clothes come out looking clear, the washer is not noisy at all. Yes it makes some sounds but for me i can hear the water draining morw than anything else. Setting up smart thing app was incredibly easy for this tech challenged reviewer. We are still learning all the functionality features. So far this set is awesome! Bye GE forever and hello Samsung. Hopefully this set will last at least 7 years. We have only had the set about 1 week. We did purchase the extra warranty with Best Buy just in case.

We recently purchased this new Samsung Washing Machine to replace our old Samsung washer. We love the color and the extra capacity it has. We also love the detergent and fabric softener dispenser that allows you to not have to put those in for every load! Thanks a great time saving feature that we love! It also has a soft close tinted lid like our old model we replaced. It has additional features that our old unit did not have as it is a newer model. So far we are very pleased with this model and look forward to many years of service out of our new washer!

I want to start by saying I normally don't write reviews on anything. But this Samsung wash is a beast! When I first purchased it I washed bedding, pillows, towels, and clothes to really put this machine to the test and she was able to handle it with complete grace! No going unbalanced! Everything turned out very clean and fresh just as if I would have poured the laundry detergent and softener myself. Auto dispense works great! Never had that before. The only downside is this washer is so deep and huge my husband had to buy me a step stool because I can not reach the bottom. She really is a beast! I'm 5'3 never had a problem before with reaching lol Over all very happy with this purchase!

Large capacity, auto dispenser, great looking and easy delivery delivery, and install installation from Best Buy. This is the second Samsung washing machine we purchased. This one replaces our old LG machines. We Purchased one for upstairs about a year ago and liked it so much we got this one for the downstairs..

This washer is our best friend, its used 3 times a day 5 days a week. We wash alot of bedding and towels, it has yet to disappoint! 10 out of 10. I just bought the matching dryer!

I finally understand the 1950's commercials with the housewives who are just so excited to do household chores! Not quite, but I was very excited to finally come across this washer at our local BestBuy Outlet, completing the set with the matching dryer which we've had for some time. The barrel on this baby is HUGE, like laundromat huge - I'm 5'6" and have to stand on tiptoe to barely reach the bottom. Another interesting feature is there is no agitator (sometimes I do wonder how clean things really get without one) although that's actually the only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars as things somehow still tend to get very stretched and tangled, particularly long items like pants, dresses and skirts. You don't have to download the free app, but you'll need it if you really want to utilize the most features ("recipes" for specific types of loads)!

I first bought the washer and was so impressed with it. I added the dryer a week later. So attractive with the rose gold in the ivory and black best purchase we have ever made in a washer and dryer.

Great washer.Just make sure that you're just the height.Before the person who is installing, it leaves in that you also have the hoses. It is quiet and quick.

So far this machine has been awesome. Washes a load of clothes in no time . The automatic detergent and fabric softener dispenser has already saved us money by putting just the right amount of both in a load , instead of completely filling a tray every load . And the WiFi functionality is an awesome addition.
