The wash cycles are not as long as the front loaders I used to have so I don't feel as if the clothes get the best cleaning. After a few uses my feelings are correct. The clothes don't have that clean, fresh smell that I am accustomed to, if the washer isn't balanced it wont work and just sits there with an error message until you take out the items and rebalance it. I am calling to see if I can return the washer & dryer and purchase a different make & model. If I was able to give it a negative star rating I would.
