I had to call Best Buy, Samsung, a 3rd party contractor, etc. It leaked again. I'm pretty sure Best Buy doesn't even have record of me actually still owning it because of the chaos with getting it fixed and trying to return in, per Samsung's request. Stick to the old school, tried-and-true washers.
