love this washer and dryer that goes with the set!

This is a great washer it is very deep so have a hard time reaching bottom of washer also a little confusing n water levels seems that it never has enough water to wash I always have to use the extra water cycle

I wish it had more settings but able to do what I need to

We had a previous Samsung front loader and loved it. This top loader does not spin enough water out of the clothes, making your dryer work harder. Clothes also do not smell clean after washed.

I don’t like that it takes 3 times as long to wash a load. I washed my white tennis shoes in this washer and they did come clean but the next time I washed them I washed them in my old washing machine with an agitator and they came out much cleaner.

I am very satisfied with the was h with thiswashing machine.

Good washer as far as cleaning. It is loud though.

My last washing machine was a front loader. I really liked the job that it did but missed being able to add clothes after the cycle began. I read reviews on the product that said the clothes often came out wrinkled but I ignored them. I found that this is true and also the clothes don't get as clean as I would like. I would get an agitator in the machine with any new washing machines in the future.

Did not spin good , towels or blankets and sheets always really wet after wash . We left with our house after we sold it .

Worked great for just over a year. The machine starts, adds water, slightly agitates, then shuts off. This cycles indefinitely. After some research, seems to be a consistent issue. Now it's been sitting for six months. Currently using a Maytag from the 90s, that works just fine.

When I was shopping for a washing machine, I was looking for one that is quiet while operating. Our laundry room is upstairs near the bedrooms and I do laundry late at night. The sales rep recommended the Samsung washing machine. I did not want to buy a Samsung because I have Samsung kitchen appliances and hate them. But I let him talk me into getting the Samsung washer. He didn’t even discuss any other washer when I told him I don’t like Samsung appliances. I hate it! It’s so loud! Much louder than my old washing machine, even when it was unbalanced! And it’s so rough on the clothes. Many towels have been shredded on the edges. I tried using delicate cycle but get an error message. The only thing I like about it is the amount of clothes it holds. Based on my experience with the kitchen appliances, I don’t expect it to last more than three years.

I purchased this washer 3 years ago and it’s already giving problems. The washer gets stuck on the rinse cycle and just keeps filling and emptying but doesn’t go into spin cycle, I have to turn it off then switch it to spin which I don’t even know if the soap is completely rinsed out. I will never buy Samsung again! I should’ve read the reviews but I thought Samsung was a great product.

Takes forever to wash clothes and just kinda half heartedly moves the clothes around. My clothes seem clean enough. They don't smell but I would probably get something else next time

Bought this washer in June of 2018. Seriously... 14 months and already have to have someone out to fix it (which is not covered). Washer won’t fill or agitate... costing us $225 just for the service and labor. So annoyed and will never buy a Samsung washer again! My last washer (whirlpool) lasted 10 years... no problem!

The walls of this machine are very thin so it does not muffle the sound very well. I'm sensitive to sound so I don't like this but it does a fine job washing the clothes.
