I’ve purchased Samsung appliances before, but this one cannot wash sheets or towels without getting unbalanced. I’m missing my LG front loader.

This is by far the most horrible washer! From the time I brought it home I knew I made a mistake. I literally have to wash clothes twice. I had it serviced to make sure I did not get a defected one and even the service guy told me it is a horrible washer. Ps I have also tired every cycle... Its just horrible.

I like that it’s a top load washer and does not have the stick thing in the middle. However there’s a lot of condensation to clean up after each wash.

They up sold me on all the fancy bells and whistles. At the end of the day the extra features just make the process longer. I just end up using the normal settings anyways.

this washer has been nothing but trouble since the first one was delivered. 1st one leaked out the hot water hose (possibly delivery guy hooked cold water hose into hot and it melted. It took me a week and many many hours on the phone speaking to too many people to count. Finally a week later a new one was delivered. after doing a few loads of wash, we heard dripping...water pan was full of water and it was coming from the cold water hose. third delivery guys come and replace the hoses and ran a test then left while it was running. I throw a load of wash in and they seem wet after the cycles are finished. It was noticeable that the tube was off to one side...unbalanced and the bleach cup is filled with water! I can't do this anymore! We are going to tell them to take their washer and we are going to Home Depot for all of our appliances from now on,

Very large drum in this washer but if you are short, it'll be hard for you to reach your clean clothes to put in the dryer.

This washer works well except that I have 3 pieces of clothing that have came out ripped and it makes a clicking sound during the wash cycle.

If there was a LEMON LAW for home appliances, I wouldn't have this washer in my house any longer. We're not yet out of warranty, and I've had to make numerous calls for service, which, by the way, can takes as long as two weeks to get after your initial call. The motor went out after a couple months, and more than a week just to get a service person out to look at it. Then it was another week to get parts, and then schedule a return service call. We've hit a number of error codes for which the online support is always "unplug it and plug it back in". It would usually work after doing so two or three times. We've now hit an error code that just won't clear despite dozens of unplug/plug cycles. We can't even make it through the wash portion of the load. It's not like we're heavy duty users, either. It's just my wife and me at home. We're both in our sixties and work from home, so it's a fairly light use application.

After no washer for a week this arrived and couldn’t clean first load- broken. Had it picked up within 24 hours. HORRIBLE- would give a 0 if I could.

This washer has been a nightmare. If you need to wash go to the laundromat. You can’t not wash comforters. You can not wash thick blankets. Any bedding. You will get an error code. UL. And all the water will stay in your washer with your items being washed. Causing a mess. You have to take it all out dripping wet!

Bought this washer as an open box at an insanely low price. Took it back 3 days later as it doesn't wash your clothes at all. Water didn't get all the way over the load that I did. It's extremely noisy. This model didn't have any feet to level on the front, thought they might be missing but support said this model only has them in the back. Just a terrible washer.

We are without a washer for the second time in three monthes due to the spin feature not working. The first service call resulted in a new motherboard ... we are now waiting on a second. This should not be happening within the first three monthes of owning it!

As to be expected nothing works like it should and no follow-up/response from manufacturer. New dryer has been repaired twice within the first 6 months. Now, 12 months later, dryer just runs and will not power off without unplugging unit. Samsung advises that it is not under warranty any longer. It is very frustrating when you purchase something like this and the company that makes it does not stand behind their product. This is a minimally used unit for two people with usage about twice a week. We have had good luck with their tv's in the past and have recently upgraded several appliances with Samsung products. We have had issues with all of them and their lack of customer support. On the bright side we upgraded our double wall oven with an LG, needed immediately and Samsung was out of stock. It has performed exceptionally thus far so we will steer clear of Samsung products. For reference we have a Samsung washer, dryer, microwave, and dishwasher. In all over 10 service calls for all appliances.

So far not so good. The washer doesn’t drain and I can’t get GeekSquad out to fix it.

Decent washer. Though it has some trouble washing anything bulking (bedding, sheets, etc.) as it easily gets "unbalanced".

This washer is supposed to be new and improved. Previous model did much more and cleaned a whole lot better.

There’s a lot of problem with this washer if your clothes have dirt by any reason it won’t come out and it will stick to the washer machine. Also if you want to wash your bed comforter if it’s too big it won’t wash properly and you’ll have to keep resetting the cycle until it drains the water.

Leaves clothing quite wrinkled and wetter than my old machine, a bit noisy, many cycles to choose from and pretty fast

A little after a year the washer quit working. Complete junk!
