Problem in 2 weeks

Within two weeks the washer kept giving us an error message that, of course, wasn’t in the manual anywhere. We contacted Samsung and, after going through several troubleshooting steps, they said it had to be serviced by a technician and the soonest appointment was in 7 days! We purchased the additional protection through Geek Squad and thought they might be able to fix our brand new broken washer sooner. Nope. Soonest appointment was 7 days away. Issue was with a sensor, not an actual problem, just the washer thinking there was a problem and not running. I should have spent less money on the lower tech washer!

I load it correctly however it still has issues. Would not buy again.

After 3 visits by a maintenance man from a separate company (my BestBuy warranty did not provide Geek Squad personnell), it was finallyl fixed. We spent 3 weeks doing laundry at my in-laws. Not fun. Now that it is working, we love it.

Worst Washer Ever

The clothes NEVER come completely clean and the washer is loud. I am so disappointed that I spent my hard earned money on this. I wish a million times that I had kept my old washer with the agitator. My socks and whites never come clean. I’ve spent more money replacing whites and socks than I ever have. I only wish I could load pictures of my clothing after the wash. If you don’t pretreat, it definitely won’t get stains out. I wish there was a place for negative stars.
