After reading reviews I decided to buy this washer thinking it would be great. However, when I received mine and started washing, I realized that they weren’t good. I have a newborn and I would notice on his bibs, burp towels, etc that there was still stains on them and they still somehow had the smell of milk. It didn’t matter what setting I would use, the motion was still the same. Very slow and calm. I would also notice that sometimes it would use a bunch of water and then other times it wouldn’t even soak the clothes all the way! I wouldn’t recommend these. I went with LG, much better!

It stands at a higher height than the supposedly "matching" dryer and is also closer to the wall than the dryer. Moreover, it is very light weight and bounces around a LOT during the spin cycle! Thumbs down on this product.

Love the washer just extremely hard to reach the bottom for me.

Installed wrong and not working properly, being replaced

Washer stopped working two weeks after purchasing it. I had to file a claim and I’m still waiting for Samsung’s repairman to call me to schedule a date for them to come out and diagnose the problem.

We’ve had it for maybe two years and we’ve had the worst problems with it in the last five months had somebody come out then they say they’re going to come back out nobody has yet showed and it’s still on the warranty

Clothes are still wet after washing/spinning. Even after double spinning towels, it takes two hours to dry them. Regardless of the load size.

First time with a machine with out the agitator. Not sure clothes are being moved enough to clean them. Drum is very deep. Those short of stature will have trouble being reaching the bottom to remove items. preset times are long for some cycles. difficult to chsnge.

HATE my new washer. Doesn’t spin clothes dry, even after using the extra spin cycle! Towels, jeans, it’s ridiculous. Plus it takes forever for wash cycle to complete! I just can’t recommend this product!

My old machine with agitator seemed to clean better

Sometimes the soap or softener leaks when you put it in. I am debating if I should call in the warranty. At times, seconds after putting the soap, all of it falls on the clothes.

This is the second one, clothes are very very wet still after spinning twice. The old one was a LG the clothes came out almost dry

Stopped working after 2 years. Samsung was unhealthful and was told it would cost $600 to replace the circuit board.

Worst machine we have ever owned. Does not properly spin. Wastes water, electricity and requires constant attention when in use.

Don't buy this garbage, broke with 14 months ( warranty expired) you don't n the headache. Going back to LG :/

This thing barely removes the water from the clothes once it is done with the wash. So every time it completes the full cycle they are dripping wet and have to be put in the dryer two times to three times before it dries it completely. Best buy will not warranty the machine and will send someone to "look at it". I understand they cant send anyone to recheck my washer because of corona. But what do I do now? I have 2 Months before my warranty runs out and bestbuy will not swap it out. You know where you can reach me best buy.

My hot water pipe was twisted off & water went everywhere for 3-5 minutes. Water to whole house had to be shut off & a plumber had to be called . Still waiting to get estimates on other damage to floors & walls . Now that the water has been turned back on; the washer itself may not work correctly thru an entire cycle. Such as it occasionally not rinse & spin out. Can’t even get the door to unlock for a day & half. That’s happened a few times. Also there is condensation that covers the entire control panel at times . We are going to swap out. Maybe I just got a defective one

I purchased them two weeks ago and will be returning them to Best Buy this week. The washer and dryer work fine but after several attempts to get the $150 Samsung rebate that was advertised I am returning them.

This machine holds at ton but drum is too deep to reach items on the bottom once cycle is finished! I have to use kitchen tongs to get items out! I would not buy again.

This washer does not add sufficient water to load. My clothes were left full of soap and had to be re-washed. it's so complicated to restart machine to just add water.
