There was never enough water. Best buy was nice enough to let me exchange it for a Maytag that allowed me to turn off the automatic feature of selecting water level. Other than that, the washer is nice looking.

Just under 3 years and it already has a lot of rust on the top near the soap drawer. Samsung has really disappointed me with this washer and recently the Note 10 (poor battery life)

We replaced our Maytag Washer/Dryer with a Samsung, highly recommended from salesman. My husband just made last payment last week and dryer broke! Looks like heating element went out.

Worked great for 2 years. Now there is mold in the bottom wash plate and many post about this on the Internet. Extremely poor design.

front was dented and spin cycle didn't work, had to schedule replacement for 10 days later. this was a replacement for our recalled washer that was 1 year old.not impressed with samsung appliances

Rusts out after a very short period of time. This started within 2 years... now we're looking at replacing it after 3 years.

It says it will only take 1 hour for a load and then it will take 3 hours. We had a guy come fix our dryer once and he said samsung appliances are the worst!

We are on our second, more expensive model in under 6 months. Both have failed with motherboards. The dryer is no better. Hoping to start over with different brand.

It takes an hour to wash anything. Washer does not clean well. I would return it if I could.

This washer is loud and horrible for washing loads of heavy materials (blankets, towels, etc). Very disappointed with this purchase.

Puchased this washer and have had nothign but trouble with clothes being wrinkled.

Machine does not have a lot of power. Low agitation speed. Half the load never gets wet. Very disappointed ☹️.

Called Samsung and they told me they had no one they could send to repair so they would refund my money. WTF

I was skeptical about buying this washer due to the bad reviews. This washer has been the best washer i have ever owned. My previous washer was a LG front loader. This washer can fit a king size blanket and still have room left. It also plays music one the wash is done. At first I kept thinking it was an icecream truck that I was hearing. The washer is quiet and washes great.

I bought this washer and matching dryer about 3 weeks ago. I was nervous about it due to all the negative reviews about not using enough water. I'm glad I ignored the hype. So this is the process. After loading the washer the 1st thing it does is spin the drum to weigh the load. That determines the amount of water used. I believe it also spins to even out the load as well. After that the drum spins while spraying water. When the water stopped spraying I had to stop the cycle and open the lid (the lid locks during operation) to see what was going on. The machine runs so quiet I didn't know it was running. All the clothes were wet but definitely not covered with water. I thought all the hype was true, this is ridiculous, so on and so forth. But after a few minutes it stopped running. It shimmied a little bit. Then spun a little bit. And then added more water. So now after about 20 minutes from when the cycle started I looked back inside and the water level was perfect. The cycle went back to washing. The spin cycle is pretty impressive. It spins fast! The washer uses "VRT" which is Vibration Reduction Technology. During the spin cycle the washer shakes and shimmies but if you're not standing there looking at it you'd never know. I converted a second floor room to a utility room and the floors aren't like heavy duty so I was worried about a spinning washer making noise downstairs. Not the case at all. There is no vibration what so ever. I even washed a comforter which really shook as it spun and there was still no vibration. I noticed after 1 wash some of the T shirts I pulled out were half dry. Kinda like it proved the point of some of the negative reviews on lack of water. What happened was the washer spun so fast that it dried parts of the T shirt. I know for a fact because I checked the load earlier to make sure the water level was high enough and it was. So to anyone considering this washer I say GO FOR IT! You won't be disappointed.
