We bought this to replace a 5 year old LG washer. So far so good. It’s a lot quieter than our prior wash machine and it gets clothing clean. I didn’t buy a hose kit but it came with a metal braided hose. Hookup was very easy considering it’s a washer.

This is the nicest washing maching I've ever owned, the thing is gigantic and holds a households worth of laundry or quilts if you need to wash them. Yes, it's deep to reach in to get your clean clothes, but that's fine given the size and performance. Economical, efficient and works great. So far only one load (out of 15) has become unbalanced (the warning chime sounds until you re-arrange the load).

Has handled all size loads efficiently and flawlessly. Reading the manual is a must.

so far no problems since it was a floor model....I like the bell alarm...I has a error when the clothes are not balanced right in the washing machine...but so far so good as of today.

Only downside is how high it is. I’m 6’2” so it doesn’t bother me but it’s sitting on a platform 3 in high so anyone shorter than my wife at 5’8” would have a tough time. Might not be so bad if it wasn’t on the platform. Very quiet, can do huge loads. Love it

I love how much laundry I can wash at one time instead of having to do multiple loads. It saves so much time. It's also so quiet that if it didn't chime at the end, I wouldn't even notice it had finished.

This washer is perfect for a big family. It washes a king sized quilt or enough towels for a family of ten. It is deep enough to fall into so be careful when retrieving your clothes. Everything gets clean, although the arms and legs of my clothing tend to tangle in the process.

Very quite and smooth operating. Much better than the front load we had previously.

Samsung had issues in past but so far has been working just fine, use on medium spin

used it for the frist time runs very quite .has lots of setting for different loads.

It's the first washer I've had without the agitator and was surprised at how clean it got my clothes. It is a little noisy on the spin cycle which I previously read. Overall it's a great washer especially if you have large family.

Had front loaders from Samsung before this one that lasted 10 years. Never thought I would buy a top loader again after owning a front loader...but WOW . The new top loader washers are amazing! No agitators in them and soooo much room. I love mine!

Great deal on a high capacity washer, does everything I need it to and is stylish.

The washer preforms very well, occasionally makes a little noise, but only with a less than full load.

This washer is amazing! It's capacity allowed me to wash even a huge quilted blanket with no problems. The inside is so big, I had to get a step stool so I could get the socks out from the bottom of the washer. It is quiet and easy to use.

Samsung Washer works great and extremely quite this is our second Samsung washer.

Love this washer. Very easy to use. Makes waking simple and efficient. Just make sure you're at least 5'3 because the drum is deep to reach. Otherwise you may need a stool.
