We upgraded finally from our old washer, after 20 years, and could not be more pleased. The washer has done a remarkably better job than our old one. It is relatively quite, can do a very large or small load. We have also been very happy with the spin action.

So far so good on the washing machine it’s very quiet and cleans clothes well. The only thing I can say I don’t like is that the drum is so big it’s hard to reach the clothes in it, but a taller person wouldn’t have as much trouble.

I'm totally excited to use this machine. It hold more clothing than I expected.

After having a front loader for the past 10 years enjoying the top loader again

Capacity is huge. I can fit a king size comforter in the wash with room to spare. The settings options are great. I read other reviews about it not fully washing clothes, but that is not the case. All my clothes come out very clean. This washer is amazing.

Handles larges loads with eases. And uses less detergent with is always a plus

This 5.0 with 11 cycles was great for size. Didn't seem to clean as expected and made a grinding noise. Self clean feature washed the outside as well as the inside. Just may have gotten one that was manufactured on a Friday. Returned and exchanged for upgraded Samsung 13 cycles. This has stronger rotating movements, and a color cycle that works great.

Haven't had the washer for that long but it seems to be getting the job done.

I like it, it run quite . I will refer washer machine to my friend and family.

Washer works great but the drum is deep and hard to get clothes out of bottom

It’s bigger than I expected and it’s just perfect. It works like a charm. Easy to use and quiet.

Love this new washing machine. Top loader washes more clothes but takes up less space than the old front loader. You had to leave the front loader door open after each wash because of odor buildup. I’m glad the old washing machine died.

Bought this washer as a replacement for a front loader, and I was concerned about the capacity. This washer actually washes more clothes and does a better job than the front loader. It is also the most quiet washer I ever owned.

The washer has a large capacity, it runs so quiet you dont even know the washer is on, its super efficient, and very easy to operate. The washer has cute little musical notes to notify you when the cycle is done washing as well.
