Weird, I find myself heading to the laundry room - since I can't hear it spin! Only issue - it's a bit deep, so I find I need to stand on my toes to reach the last sock or two!

This washer also plays you a little song when it's done. Lol! It really is a great machine and is quiet outside of the tune (you can silence it).

It takes the same time to wash clothes as our last cheaper washer and then at exactly 12 months and a week and a half it decided to completely die. We thought it was something simple like a bearing. Nope there is a shift mechanism. Looks like a big plastic cog and it split in two. So yeah a nice expensive part that of course Samsung won't cover. Hey Samsung, why don't you cover an obvious problem with your product?

Many setting options and a large tub to do larger loads. My only complaint so far (and the culprit may/may not be the washer), is that I had sheets come out 'splotchy' - some spots with a slightly different color. Now this also happened with my old washer so I thought that was the problem. But now, why, I'm not sure!

Overall I like it pretty well. It’s runs quietly! It’s super large on the inside. I’m short so I have to use a stool to get the clothes out, lol!
