Does big loads with ease. Easy to use yet high tech. Love the look.

Bought matching dryer and washer. Even without pedestals, these appliances are much taller than my previous ones and look updated and attractive. Easy to use but taking some getting used to with less water and more task time. I have to stand on my tippy toes to retrieve items at bottom of washer. So far, I am quite happy with the purchases.

We love our new washer. Just make sure you do put in blankets folded in. Our clothes do come out very wrinkled. It has the option for perm press for less wrinkle. I haven't tried it yet. I just wished it had the option where we can set it to how much water we want for each load. This washer is very deep. I'm 5'3 and have a hard time reaching in for clothes.

It works great, this is not a problem for me, I’m 5’6 but reaching into the washer to get the clean clothes out could be a problem for someone who is not as tall as me.

Does leave condensation, but that's just how it is. Well worth the price. I am aware there was a recall on it, but it was fixed. Works great.

Very easy to use and the high capacity makes fewer loads.

Surprised how quiet it is. The size is perfect for King Size comforters.

SAMSUNG IS A GREAT MODEL VERY SATIFED WITH MY PURCHASE AND THE DELIVER OF IT WAS RIGHT ON TIME AND THE DELIVERY GUY WAS VERY POLITE FREIDLY.

I was browsing bestbuy online before making the purchase. This washer is huge, It can fit up to two huge blanket. The only down fall is if you are 4'11 with short arms I would not recommend this washer, it is a top load; so it's going to be hard for you to reach for your laundry. But other then that I love it, It is a high efficiency washer. Can fit a lot of clothes that is my favorite thing about the washer.

Washer is easy to use. You can wash large loads and bedding.

This Samsung washing machine has worked great so far. It is the quietest washing machine we have had to date. We purchased this to replace a broken Maytag washing machine that cost double the price of this machine. As soon as the warranty expires, Maytag (and for that matter, GE) wants nothing to do with you. Hopefully this Samsung will last more than five years.

Needed to purchase quickly. Quieter from last one and bigger.

I switched from a front loader to this top load and love it. The large drum is great an no worries of molding rubber gasket. Easy controls.

I have had this washer for about 6 months now, and it has been great for our family. The high capacity allows us to wash a lot more than we could previously with our front-loader. The controls are intuitive and well thought out. Overall, a very dependable and good machine so far. Very happy with the purchase and the affordable price.

Didn't get the correct set-up from the delivery guys (they were awesome otherwise) and had to re-calibrate my washer. It needs to be re-adjusted by hand sometimes due to weight otherwise cycle will continue non-stop. Just like the old machines that get off balance with the agitator. I can wash my full size papasan cushion with ease, and a large load is the size of the industrial loads at a laundromat!

So far this is a great washer. Cleans very well. And is super quiet.
