THIS IS A NICE UPGRADE FOR ME DUE TO MY LAST SET I LITERALLY HAD FOR 15 YEARS. IVE HEARD ONES WITHOUT THE POST THING IN WASHER DONT CLEAN AS GOOD AS ONES WITH THEM BUT I DNT CARE AS LONG AS MY CLOTHES SMELL GOOD, ITS A GOOD DAY!

Even though I went to the store to check out this washer before I bought it, I didn't realize the size of the drum until it was delivered and I actually put my clothes in. This machine has a HUGE capacity. We do queen size bedding-sheets and comforter- all in one wash. I'm 5'3'' and have to stand on my tip toes to reach my clothes at the bottom of the drum. Also, I didn't realize what a sub-par job my old machine was doing until I used this. My workout clothes used to wreak after a gym session. I would wash them with special detergent for active wear in my old washer, but about halfway through my workouts I could smell them again. Now I wash them, workout in them, and smell nothing. So I know they're really getting clean. This machine does a great job, and I highly recommend it.

This is my second Samsung washer. I love the ease and technology of Samsung.

I've had this washer for less than 6 months. So far, it is working great! It has some neat features and washes my clothes well. When it was delivered it had a dent in it but it did not effect operation and Best Buy gave me a discount. Well worth the cost.

Bought this washer & dryer combo for my new house & it's been great. The combination of both the digital & hand held knobs make it very easy to use. Installation was done very efficiently & the technicians were very professional.

Had the washer for 3 weeks and no problems. I think other people had problems because they try to level the washer. What I have noticed by the directions, you need to center the tub. I haven't had any out of balance issues.

Replaced a ten year old LG upright. So quiet, and seems to clean well. The tub is deep and hard to grab in the bottom if you are short. Only real drawback thus far is that it frequently comes unbalanced with larger loads. Could be operator error, though. We'll see as we get more use.

I love this washing machine, first of all its huge! I'm 5'4' and I need help getting the socks out of the bottom when unloading it. It really has cut down my laundry time as I can do way fewer loads with this thing. Definitely my favorite washer yet.

originally order a gas dryer and that unit was defective. had it replace with an electric dryer and works great. its very simple to install and very easy to operate. just make sure that its a new unit. i was accidentally was sent a open box unit due to back order for holiday.

Not only does this machine level out your wash load but it does an excellent job in cleaning, after watching the machine operate I was afraid that the clothes weren't getting clean, not the case!!! Can't say enough about my satisfaction.

Great machine with many features . Only drawback , for me , is that even at 5'7" , I need a stepstool to get the laundry out . But I needed a larger machine to accomodate quilts/comforters .

This machine is incredibly quiet! The only time it can be heard is when the water splashes a little while the clothes are washing and when it's draining & spinning. It does a great job cleaning the laundry. I'm so happy I purchased this machine!

Upgraded to this washer from a 15 year old unit that was much smaller. So far it is great. The only drawback so far is that because the basin is so deep, you really have to be taller or have pretty long reach to get the clothes out of the bottom.

LOVE my new washer. Cleans beautifully! Huge basin. Didn't realize the old washer was so bad at cleaning until we got the new one. Instead of a buzzer end signal it has a chime song. kinda quiet but I don't care about that.

Clothes get washed really well. Learning the settings is important before selections. If you are short like me please be ready to use a step stool to reach the bottom clothes. The look is beautiful especially with the see through top.

I love this set! So glad I purchased it. Definitely worth every penny!

I've had the machine a couple weeks and i love it. I've used several different settings and they've all washed clothes perfect. Machine is very quiet. Make sure to read the owners manual so you choose the correct settings for the load.
