We like this washer, because you can wash comforters and large loads of laundry. However, I like more water in the loads, so I always do the deep wash with an extra rinse cycle. Really watch how much soap you put in, or you will smell like a bottle of detergent.

Love how big this is! Makes laundry for a family of 5 so much easier!

Love this machine! Does large loads which saves time and a great selection of cycles. Have had it for a year and we are very pleased. This is our second Samsung washing machine from Best Buy and have had great luck with both.

I wanted a washer that had extra large capacity so I could easily wash blankets and pillows, etc. This machine fits the bill. I had a front loader previously and much prefer this one. Has all the features I need.

This washer offers many settings so regardless if you are doing 'delicates' or levis, lightly soiled or heavy duty dirty, there are settings. It is quiet and saves water and electricity.

I shopped around for a good value top load washer and this is what we decided to buy. My wife says we probably should have bought one with an agitator, since she complains this doesn't wash as well. She said this will do for the time being as the price was right. washers with agitators are few and I did not see them in BestBuys

This washer has a very large, deep tub. It is excellent for washing comforters, quilts, and large loads. I do think it would be a problem to get the clothes out for anyone shorter than me. I'm 5'5" and have to get on my toes to get small items from the bottom.

I originally bought one of these washers 2 years ago. And due to a recall I had the option of replacing it with the same washer or different Washer by different manufacturing I chose this washer again because of the great job it does.

Very High Tech, very quiet, great capacity and energy efficient.

Great washer so far, I like that it measure your load before it fills up with water. I was able to fit my queen size comforter. One more thing, if you're a little shorty a step stool is suggested. Washer is pretty deep.

The spin cycle was not shown how to use the machine

We are using this washer at our vacation home. The large capacity is a plus and unlike our LG front loader at our permanent home, this washer doesn't smell moldy. Highly recommend the top loader washers to the front loaders.
