IT CONTINUED TO REFILL AND SPIN BUT WOULD NOT BALANCE THE LOAD NO MATTER HOW MANY WAYS I ARRANGED IT. HAD TO WRING OUT STUFF AND HANG TO DRY.

Posted .Hey Whyley! Often times if a washing machine continues to have an issue with an unbalanced load error, it has to do with the machine not being leveled properly. Without the agitator inside there is so much room I haven't been able to fill it yet. I haven't tried all the cycle so that's why I only gave it four stars for now.

Best upgrade we have done
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We had a front loading small one took all day to complete laundry, this was a good upgrade, cons have to keep an eye on this one if drum is unbalanced during spin cycle it will not stop, It will revert back to wash cycle till the drum is balanced.

This is a really deep washer. I had to purchase a grabber to reach smaller items in the rear of the drum. Cleans clothes well.

Fantastic features but a little loud

It holds a ton of clothes and is quieter than our old washer. It's louder than I expected though. Overall, I'm really happy with the purchase.

The only thing that bothers me is the tones it plays when done.

Handles everything so far

It took a bit to get used to it after having a front loader for years, but so far so good. My only complaint is I have to use a stool because I'm short to reach the bottom. Huge capacity though.
