The washing machine holds a lot of clothes. The tub is deep. If you are vertically challenged, then you might need a step stool to get clothes out of it. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

I just bought this washer and I have been very happy with my purchase. It does everything I need and more, plus I picked it up on sale. So, a great deal for such a large washer.

This machine replaced an identical washer that had a manufacturer's recall, first one lasted 2 years, Samsung stepped up with a rebate offer that enabled me to get a new one for a couple hundred dollars, happy wife = priceless.

First time with this time with this type of washer Love how it works many features the only thing I have against it is too deep I have to get on a two step ladder to reach the clothes from the bottom of tub

We've only had this washer a few weeks but have no complaints, Does a good job! One word of warning. Like most top loaders, you have to reach pretty deep to get all the clothes out.

It is a little big and I had to purchase a step to reach everything in washer. I’m pretty average size and height. Overall it meets my needs. Easy install and easy to operate.

This washer is so quiet. I had to check on it to see if it was still running. You set the basics like water temp and the type of load. The washer takes care of the rest and notifies you once done.

We bought this model to replace our recalled Samsung washer. This one works perfect, it is so much better than our previous Samsung model washer. It gets my clothes so clean. I love it!!!

It takes a little getting use to but works just fine. The wife wanted one that didn't have an agitator so she could wash large items like quilts. It dise that just fine.

I’ve only had this washer for 2 weeks, but so far I really like it. If you don’t like noisy washers, this washer is for you. I can barely hear it running when im standing next to it

We purchased this washer because we were having issues with our other washer. This washer seems to clean clothes very well. It is energy star rated. I do have some issues that I wished the manufacturers would address. You cannot select a water level you want and the delicate cycle can only be used with a light soil level setting. I have bought the mesh laundry bags for my delicate items and use a different setting. I have also found a way to get the washer to add more water to a large load. It is a two step process but worth the extra time. I would say that it is better than many others on the market today.

We bought this washer because the Best Buy employee bought this washer for his mom and he said she loved it. It is a GREAT washer with tons of options and on the plus side is so quiet.

It's been a couple of weeks and so far it's great. We had a front load washer for years and went back to this top load style and it has cut our laundry time in half. It holds a lot per load.

We got this washer after having bought the matching dryer a year or so ago. The washer is wonderful! It easily washes large comforters and anything else need to have washed!!
