The delivery squad pointed out damage, thank goodness. Best Buy quickly exchanged damaged product for new. The washer is taller than the one I replaced. I am 5'4" and bearly can reached the laundry on the bottom of the washer. It is definitely a stretch. Any one my height or shorter may want to consider another washer. So far, so good.

Me and my wife want to Home Depot first. I have been in retail management for 35 years and Home Depot will won one of them for six years. He was almost sold there at Home Depot. I said let’s go to Best Buy and like a couple places and the gentleman that helped us gave us so much more information and she was home on the product there
