Only problem is I am 5'2" and had to get a stool so I could reach down into the bottom!

Also, as with all high efficiency washers nowadays... it seems there is not enough water to cover the clothes therefore soap residue can be left on them... yuck... deep wash really wastes water... I long for the older machines to be honest!
