    I've been married for 22 years and owned several washers and dryers. All of them last about five years. I have the feeling that this washer will outlast them all. It's solidly built and has great features. With the purchase of a matching Samsung dryer and a refrigerator recently, I'm becoming a fan of their products.

    I really do love this washer. Had to get used to the minimal amount of water it uses. When I use fabric softener I need to water it down. And I do an extra rinse. This helps to rinse all of the fabric softener out of laundry ....otherwise you have streaks of white due to fabric softener.

    Conserves water...only uses what’s needed. Also, it takes a lot less laundry detergent than I used before. There is no “extra water” setting for those times when you might need more than usual, but I think when using the heavy wash, it is more water than normal wash though. I am still adjusting what settings work best.
