Great value

Hadn't done any research on brands or models. Salesman was very informative and gave us a good deal on the newer model of the set we were looking at. Only downside...the washer is so big and I'm so short that I need a stepstool to get the clothes out!!

Buyer Beware

Samsung is a good brand and seems pretty good on reviews, I'll buy again. Wrong! Mine had a bad pump. But if that's not even bad enough, every weekend of doing laundry my washer went into unbalanced and then would add another 25+ minutes to the wash once I corrected it. The repair guy came out and said I don't know why you're getting the UR code all the time. Nothing is wrong with your drum. But in the last week I've had a number of calls on this issue and helpdesk told him over 1000 calls in about this problem. Samsung has yet to recognize it as an issue. So... buyer beware. I'm switching over to the LG.
