Very happy with this machine. Only complaint after a year of use is that lint and light debris (dust and grass?) tends to float to the top and is frequently deposited on the top layer of clothing and when you take the clothes out many times they are coated with this material.

Love the washer. Does a really good job with lg loads.

After going back and forth debating which washer I should buy, I decided to go with the Samsung, WOW it's great especially because it actually uses enough water to wash the clothes, unlike my old machine that would only dampen my clothes which I thought was inefficient.

It is super quiet. Plays a little song when it is done. I could have probably gotten a smaller size - it is huge - but I can wash everything in the house. The tub is DEEP so if you are shorter than me (5' 4") you might need a step stool to reach things at the bottom. But I love it!!!!

Great machine! Does large loads with ease-even bedding. Happy to be back with a top loader, as no "smells". Like the ability to put a load in at bedtime and set machine to start several hours later so clothes are clean and ready for the dryer in the morning.

So far, I am happy with the machine. It provides multiple settings to meet all of our needs including short cycles. I would caution short people when buying this machine. It is taller than any other washer I have owned and even at 5'8", I have to stand on my toes to get the wash out of the machine.

Love this washer except for one thing. I'm not real tall. This washer is taller that any other I've ever owned. Didn't realize it until I had to get that last sock out. Had to stand on my tip toes to reach it. So I bought myself one of those extended grabber things. Other than that it's a great machine.

Old washer died & had to be replaced. This washer got 4+ star reviews, especially the ones made in the last year. Had for 2.5 weeks so far and run multiple loads with no issues. Clear top allows you to see in as it runs. Couldn't ask for more & highly recommend.

We were looking for a top loader washer (and dryer) and this has turned out to be amazing. It's reliable, it's quiet, and it simply does an amazing job for our family. The techs were incredible too as was the customer service when we went looking for this.

To date, the washer has performed perfectly. The cloths are clean and ready for the dryer. There are a lot of functions and they aare easily understood. If I had one complaint, it is that the basket is too deep and it is difficult to remove the cloths at the finish.

Ive had front load washer for 7 years , stop working so decided to try this top loader, it does work good better than the front loader its just very delicate, as codes pop up and u have to push a button for it to reset. Doesnt happen all the time but i never had that happen with my front loader.

I was replacing a 12 year old washer with the old style agitator, and I was a bit skeptical that a top loading HE washer could do a good job. After only a couple of weeks, I've been pleasantly surprised. It's fairly quiet and the clothes come out feeling better than my old washer.

Washer is great with the exception it is too deep.
