Awesome washer....gets clothes washed and clean very well and I like that it senses the clothes are still wet or damp and will do an extra spin cycle. Not very loud but is noticeable when washing! Lots of cycles to choose from and very efficient

Much like the dryer, we picked this up on sale and it does a great job. Only reason it isn't 5-stars is that it's a little loud and the "chime" at the end is a bit excessive. Neither are deal-breaks in my opinion though. Does a great job at what it's supposed to do.

Washes clothes very nice but there is times it won't spin it will take several hrs to do a load

This washer, top loading, allows a much better washing experience than any I have had before. The salesman that worked with us was a manager and we appreciate he took the time to help us late in the day of a weekend day. We are fully satisfied.

I liked this better than I thought. Its very "techie" and easy to use. The only thing is that it takes slightly longer to wash certain items that my retro-old washer use to. Maybe because these are newer washers? Either way, I'm happy with my purchase :)

wanted and needed a new and fast to get, wash machine, other places told me 3-4 weeks to get, ordered on friday and monday it was in. great. fast pick up with no problems, will buy dryer when mine desides to quit. thanks

This washer is big and can physically take a lot of clothes. It has a fill line obviously, but going about half way to that line, not lacking the clothes down, we had some issues. We had 1 bath sheet in with several light weight clothes. The weight of the bath sheet seems to be too much as it started to shake and rock the washer every way the towel was hitting it. So much so that it started banging against the dryer despite being about 8 inches apart. No joke. It would error out and show a code. We looked up the code and it said too much weight. Had to reset it. Annoying...

Love the washer and the fact it self cleans. The washer is pretty deep. My wife has to use a step stool to get the clothes in and out. Even with a step stool it is still hard for her to do. She's 5'3. She likes the washer, too. That's the only issue she has.

This machine replaced a 10 year old LG front loader. The machine was delivered on time but was damaged. No fault of the delivery folks as they are not the ones that loaded the truck. As soon as the replacement comes I'll be able to offer a more in-depth review of the washer.

Eaited almost a year to finally put a review on this. Have the matching dryer as well. Let me say that clothes have never been cleaner after using this washer.

No problems yet. Make sure you get warranty on each item, since the dryer seems to go out quick and the warranty is not for both washer and dryer even if purchased as a bundle.

Although just got this washer installed it has seen a lot of action washing all my clothes and sheets as I move in to my new home. They finally added the option to turn off the sound when the cycle is finished. Hurray!

My hubby is addicted to Samsung appliances. He got this big washing machine because he knew that it will last for a minimum or 10 years! Love the top loader but I'm tiny so I need to step in a stepping stool to be able to reach the drum!

Other than being a little too tall for my 5'7 fame to reach the bottom, this is a fantastic washer. We bought two sets for us and our friends and we all love them. I would say a downside is wash times- about an hour for any kind of load.

This washer is very quiet and get my dirty grimmy work clothes clean

Sometimes I have to check the washer because it's so quiet. But then I remember it sings me a tune when the load is done. The larger capacity is awesome for our king size quilts! No more laundry mat or dry cleaners.

That appears to be the title of half of my reviews. I love the window, the extra settings, the diamond texture drum, delay wash, extra large loads, extra soiled clothing,... so much that I am forgetting something. Load leveling....

The deal was very good, the product also. I have never been disappointed by Samsung products and I hope to enjoy washing my clothes for a long time. The team had excellent customer service skills and on time all the time. Good job!
