Love how the washer looks and all of the functions! It does get annoying if the load is too heavy because it will keep washing it and spinning it over and over again.

Bought after hearing enough of wife complaining about current one. Now that she has it I hear no complaints about the laundry. Happy wife, happy life!

Got this because we were going to have a baby and didn't have one. We didn't need the functions of the upgraded model. So far this one is great. The drum is deeper than we expected and holds a lot more.

This washer is great. We had the previous model, and really liked it, until it was recalled. Then we got a bigger one, but that one made a huge amount of noise and they paid us off. Finally we got this one, and it's fantastic.

I was a little skeptical about water efficient top loader. When first watched the load it didn’t look like it had enough water. It trust the process the clothes use less water energy and are very clean.

Purchased a new Samsung washing machine and love it..I can wash comforters and blankets and not worry about them being to heavy..it also adjust the water to the size of the load, great water saver..

The washer works well. The tub itself is deep and that is the only "fault" I find with it but nothing that will keep us from not buying it again.

This washing machine is so great. I no longer need to worry about what water level to put the machine on because it senses how full the barrel is and adds water accordingly. This is one of the best purchases I have made!

So far this is a great purchase. Haven’t had any of the problems from reading the bad reviews of this washer. The Best Buy associate was very helpful. If used properly, I recommend this washer.

I was looking for a unit that had plenty of options for different wash cycles since we have 6 people in our home. This one is great from my delicate cycle to the extra dirty men's work clothes!

The washer works well as expected . It is good enough to take care all the basic needs . It does not have shaft at middle which frees up space . The spin cycle is very effective to squeeze the water out of wet cloths .

For the first 11 months I was pleased with the washer. I thought the drum was a bit large but the wash was wonderful and the spin was great. Liked the variety of settings especially the rinse, and spin. That being said, when it went out, it really went out. The washer would go through most of the cycle for any wash, however it would get an error code for unbalanced, then for ur (ultra rinse?) and stay in that mode, never spinning to dry out the clothes for drying. Tried to restart... you name it. Headed to the internet to get a fix, found that this machine got bad reviews. Contacted Samsung and they assigned a service company to come and diagnose the problem. The technician came out the next day, but promptly left without any word except we will order you a clutch. I call the repair company, trying to give them a chance to answer my questions many times a day, they never returned my calls. I contacted Samsung who had already called once to see if the problem was rectified. Samsung was so good to work with. They went to work on finding another company to provide service. When they could not, they called me! Yes I know you are surprised! And they contacted the store I purchased the washer from. A voucher for purchasing a new washer is in the works. YEA! While I am still in the process of getting the voucher, I am so far IMPRESSED with SAMSUNG! Jury is still out if it all comes through as promised, but I have hope. Don't buy this model, but SAMSUNG is a reliable company.

Great washer. Only complaint is the height and depth of the washer makes it difficult for my 5'4" wife to reach all the way to the bottom to get the last of the clothes. She uses a pasta scoop to get those clothes.

Bought this washing machine at my local Best buy. I've had it for a month and have no complaints. Follow the loading instructions for laundry on this machine and you won't have any problems.

Washer that came was defective and was not starting up. However, Geek Squad people were very fast in replacing it with a good one the same day. So happy about the service. Also washer is working just as fine without any issues.

It's a great washer, it's quiet, efficient, and reduce water usage. My only concern is whether it actually cleans the clothes thoroughly since there is no agitator. Overall, everything is great and Samsung is always the best product!

it is a nice washer, but the drum is so deep that I cannot reach the bottom and my laundry room doesn't allow for a step stool in front ot the washer, so I have to use a grip tool to reach the clothes at the bottom on the drum after washing.

I bought this washer with it if the feeling but it turned out to be great I like the many functions the people in Best Buy couldn’t of been nicer to me that delivery guys were wonderful

Washing machine seems to work fine but if you're short like me, I need a stool to get some of the smaller items out. Also can hear water that stays at bottom all of the time.

This washer is working wonderful. This is my second set of Samsung appliances. I am very happy with them; they work great, look good, and price is right. I would definitely recommend buying from Best Buy.
