High spin does not adequately remove water. Towels are wet and take longer to dry. Not efficient.

Too bad the matching dryer doesn’t dry them as well. And too bad the service from Best Buy has been so poor. Best Buy has been great with computer/electrics - I’ll still use them for that, but I’ll buy any major appliances elsewhere.

This is my second time to buy this washer, having lost the first one after hurricane Harvey. I love pretty much everything about it and would purchase it again if I had to (but... hopefully not).

I love my Samsung high efficiency top loading washer. I feel like my clothes are much cleaner than my older washer. It is extremely quiet & I like the end of cycle chime that alerts me the load is completed.

After 16 years motor burned up on our maytag we bought the Samsung HE top loader and have no problems at all need to read how to load the clothes. Seems like it runs for a long time to complete the cycle.

Chose this Samsung washer to replace one that had been recalled. Loved the recalled washer and had no problem with it so I chose one similar and I'm very happy with it. No problems and it does a great job.

Very high tech washing machine. There are a lot of cool things you can do, for example program it via your phone, etc. Haven't tried it out myself.... definitely an ok washing machine... not liking the setting dial.

The Samsung 5.0 cu ft 11 cycle High Efficiency Top Loading Washer (White) was an excellent buy. It offers great features, is easy to use and very efficient. I highly recommend this product.

The machine is very quiet and it has a huge capacity. Those are the pros. I have had a high efficiency washer before so I was already used to the various sounds and low water levels. But this washer just doesn’t have the spin speed to get the water out. So my dryer ( and that’s what sucks the energy) was taking twice as long to dry. A queen size blanket took almost 2 hours to dry, it was so wet. So I had it for a week and said nope!! Exchanged it for a whirlpool and I am so much happier.

I have had this washer for about 6 months and it runs pretty well. I've not had any trouble with it besides it not being able to handle more than1 blanket at a time. Besides that I love how much laundry I can get done quickly.

I bought this washer on a really good sale and it hasn't disappointed one bit. for the price you can't beat it with all the features that offers and it's quiet. Thank you Best Buy

I was excited to used the new washing machine I have one before they same brand samsung its work will even though is 10 yrs old, this brand recommended to all you guys

This unit has been through the ringer with us I can definitely say it is of great quality and excellent manufacturing. We have not had any issues with the unit.

still learning all the setting, but is working great. Only problem is the inside drum is huge and deep and hard to reach the bottom, such as socks that are hard to grab unless you have long arms

This wash machine does a great job. It has a lot of wash options, something for every type of load. It even play a little tune when it's finished instead of the annoying buzzer.

in truth, i was very disappointed in the entire transaction. this was one of four washer / dryer units purchased during two month period of time - and both the sales and customer service aspects of transaction were horrible

Why she didn't listen is beyond me. O wait she's the boss of our house so it's my fault lol. Great features, nice set up. But started giving problems by the 5th day

I only replaced it due to the recall. It never gave me any reason to doubt it's reliability. I sell appliances. Even my delivery team has only picked up one that had a problem in the last 5+years.

This washer has just enough room for your king sized comforter. It gets your clothes clean on it’s quick clean cycle. I would like this washer to have a deep water fill option.

Washer is great! Like the functionality of it. Easy to use for having so many buttons and options. The only negative is I am 5'6" and I'm on my tip toes to get to the bottom. Almost need a stool to get down to the bottom.
