Great washer! Several wash settings. Typically just use the quick wash setting and it washed great! Annoying song it plays at completion can be turned off and I highly recommend:)

Must buy I got this on sale and everything was excellent best customer service and the people who came to my house to install was so professional and perfect. My wife is very happy.. :)

Love having this washing machine. It's simple and gets the job done. The sound to notify that it's done is a cute little song, not very loud so be sure to remember you put a load in there. Lol.

I love this washer! it was worth every penny! only thing is don't load it too much because if you do it seems the clothes don't get washed as well. otherwise, no complaints!

We had return a washer we purchased earlier. For many years we used the same brand. This was a good purchase . We are very happy and will always consider in the future.

Washer is wonderful, but I am 5 ft 6 " and have to get on my tip toes sometimes to get clothes out of bottom, so if you don't want to get on a stool I would not recommend for short people

We love this washer, it get's my husband's dirty iron workers clothes very clean with the 'deep clean' option and love all the different settings for different types of clothing.

This washer is high capacity and very efficient. I can do my laundry with fewer loads because this machine holds more. The song it plays when the cycle is over is great and makes me laugh.

Had this for about 1 month. so far so good. Still learning all the setting and which one to use for which load of wash. very quiet machine. Does shake when a load gets to much to one side

I love the washer but need a stepstool to retrieve small items from the bottom of the tub. I’m only about 5’5” now. This washer is about 2” or 3” taller than my old one.

Though I sadly had to sell these because I moved out of state and couldn’t take them with me, they We a great product to have and are still working effectively.

The washer seems to work fine, but I just noticed after three weeks of using it that the Geek squad installers crossed the water lines. I've been washing everything in hot water for three weeks. :(

I love this washer i had a whirlpool one that was seven years old and this was is nice and fast and energy efficiency

Got this and the Dryer on sale and the upgrade is so nice. Have plenty of room for King size comforters and sheets. Very quiet and the High Efficiency is awesome.

Love that it fits large loads with bedding and towels BUT it's so deep that at 5'5" I can't reach the bottom of the tub. Have to use a step stool to reach the small items in the bottom. I should have checked that.

Best washer I have ever owned had front loader that I hated but this one is great only small issue is I have to keep a step stool close to retrieve socks from bottom

Bought this and the matching dryer for my house and so far so good, plenty of features but still quite easy to use. Exceptionally quiet and plays a fun little tune when the wash is done.

We love it. Only complaint is clothes don’t smell quite as fresh as they did coming out of our old washer with the agitator... not sure if that is a coincidence or what, but otherwise it’s excellent

The delivery staff from Best Buy were unprofessional and incompetent. The Washer failed on its first run washing dedicates as the hot and cold water were connected wrong. working with best buy to resolve the issue.

We have not had a washing machine for years as we were renting. Now we have our own home and we love our Samsung machine because it is easy to use and does a great job!
