I love this machine. It washes clothes so good. The drum is very deep. I have to stand on a stool to get the clothes out. Can wash 3 times more than my previous front loader.

As the summary says, the washer is nice with intuitive controls and works well, but the pump is seriously noisy. I'm not sure if it's getting quieter as time passes or if I'm getting used to it.

non-agitator cleaning that is relatively quiet and much faster than my old machine. The installers were great, going over all the bells and whistles in detail.

So far so good. Big adjustment changing from a front end loader. No regrets other than I'm a little too short to reach the bottom when switching out clothes.

This was definitely an upgrade from our last washer. Can definitely tell it is quieter too which is good since the laundry room in our new house is on the second floor.

I like the washer. Still getting used to turning on the power every time I want to wash clothes. Also it’s a little too tall for my 5 foot person. I need a step stool to get the clean clothes out

I love that it’s quiet. Seems to do a good job washing. Would prefer if it weren’t so deep. I have to strain to reach the bottom. But I’m happy with this machine.

So far, I really like this washer. Anyone shorter than 5’7” will probably need a stool or tongs to get closes out of the bottom of the washer due to the height of the washer and depth of the tub.

We bought this washing machine as a replacement and we are so happy with the water savings and quick wash times! All of my clothes come out so clean and fresh.

Honestly, I'd never buy a Samsung clothes washer or dryer again. While we like the size and looks and operation of this model, we really question the long-term build quality. We've had nothing but trouble with the matching dryer we bought alongside this washer, and as for this unit, we've been troubled by broken cycle-changing dials and frequent "uneven load" warnings when washing heavier loads such as bedding.

This washer has alot of great features amd works well on delicate items. Ive never owned a washer like this amd its amazing how efficient it washes with very little water.

This model is great and gets the job done efficiently and effectively. It’s quite and has many features and settings needed for all types of clothes.

This machine is amazing!!! Walked into Best Buy (old machine decided it did it's last load)... The salesmen wasn't pushy & I received it ahead of discussed delivery date!!!

Mu LG washer died after 4 yrs. I love this new washer never did like my LG. It has a Hugh drum that will help with washing comforters. No need for the cleaners anymore....

It is defiantly an extra large capacity, however I am short so it is hard to reach down to the bottom to get all the clothes out. Should come with a stool for the vertically challenged :o)

the settings provided by the manufacturer are spot on for what sort of load you are washing! my only criticism is that the drum is so deep that leaning in to grab the last of the clean clothes is hard.

Love the different settings and the size! Can do much larger loads now and they actually get clean. The self cleaning option is perfect for our family too!

This is so far a great machine. I cant believe how fast it is to do a weeks worth of laundry with the 5.0 cubic feet of space. The only downfall is its hard to reach the bottom of the basin

Awesome washer, only downfall is that with it being an energy efficient washer it takes longer to wash the clothes. was a little hard to get used to, but it works great.
