I refused to pay for the items that you had to buy in order for this washer to be installed and installed it in a breeze! I am very proud of myself for installing it so quickly and I enjoy this washer. I actually bought the set for my mom a couple years ago and she loved it. I was very concerned with the the problems they had with their washers last year, but couldn't make the budget for the LG set that I wanted. I am happy with the washer. It is quiet and cleans all of our linens quite well.

Large capacity but still gets thrown off kilter with large loads like comforters. Very quiet! Clothes come out great!

Excellent washer! Very quiet , and does it job right. You probably needed some modifications to retrieve your clothes from the bottom if you are short or you are going to end up having shoulder and back problems.

Replaced a Whirlpool top load washer which died after 5 years and was going to cost the price of the washer to fix. Decided to give this Washer a try and it does not disappoint. Nice selection of cycles to wash your clothing correctly no matter what fabric. Uses very little water and is surprisingly quiet, even when fully loaded. Large capacity -- so less loads of laundry. We use our washer daily and have had zero issues so far.

I used to have a front loader but noticed those have problems with the rubber smelling like mildew over time. I love how big this one is and that it is a top loader with a clear top so I can still enjoy seeing inside

My husband and I just bought a house, and the washer and dryer that came with the property were old, but we figured we'd make it work.... until I did our first load of towels--7 towels was overflow! So we decided to get a new washer and dryer set. I researched all the major sellers and this was the best deal. It's a great size--I can fit a week's worth of towels into one load, wash all our clothes in another load, etc. Great cycle options, and fairly quiet. Have had it for a month now and no problems!

Had to purchase a new washer ASAP. After quick review and positive ratings, chose this model.so far, very pleased - handled my king size comforter with no issues - like they way it chimes when the laundry is done!

This is my first Samsung washer/dryer. I have a Samsung refrigerator and microwave, like both very much. Previous Whirlpool washer died prematurely so I decided to try a different brand and bought a matching pair, larger capacity. So far I like it a lot, deep tub is nice but you have to be careful to not overload it just because it's big. Seems that everything takes longer in these machines so I'm trying to figure out workarounds. Everything comes out clean, even bulky dog beds.So far, so good; have had the pair for about a month.

We only had this washer for a little over a month and it is working as expected. The purchase was a result of the recalled washer that we had for 2 years. This one is quieter, The only noise seems to be when the water is draining from the washer. The washer is very deep, I am 5'6" and I need to stand on my toes to get some of the clothes. The plus side is fewer loads of wash.

I had looked at this style washer in many stores before making a purchase. I was convinced by multiple sales people that this new high efficiency washer design, using less water and without a center agitator was the greatest thing since canned beer and sliced bread. I was skeptical, but purchased the machine anyway due to need, and much reassurance as to how well these machines work. On the plus side, without the center agitator, the machine is very quiet. On the other hand however, clothes don't get clean. I the dog hair on my socks and shirts stays there. Routinely, my whites come out with spots and have to be rewashed. (That is after being washed in an all white load on HOT and more importantly, NOT having spots when they went in!!!) somehow the soap or the fabric softener is not being fully rinsed away due to to the low water volume. I'm not even going to comment on how much scrubbing I have to do by hand to get grass and dirt stains out of sports uniforms. My advice is to STAY FAR AWAY from these new Highly Inefficient washers!!!!!!!!!!!

This washer is fantastic. Huge tub allows for a ton of clothes and clothes get super clean. It’s quite as well!

Haven't had this washer very long but so far it is doing okay. It does a good wash job, I do have 2 complaints however, one is that being 5'3" I need a stool to reach bottom of tub to remove items, it's a very deep tub! Also the spin could be better, clothing seems damp at end of cycle. My old washer did a much better spin job. I would recommend this but I would definitely mention these two concerns

The washer has great capacity, but my one complaint is that it frequently registers and uneven load and will stop only to reset itself for additional time to correct the imbalance. Had a 32 minute cycle wind up lasting over an hour.

It is quiet in operation and I love the capacity. Clothes come out clean and it is a good looking appliance.

I have had the washing machine for a few weeks now and it is working just fine. The other reviewers are correct, it isn't that easy to reach into the bottom of the drum if you are short. But the clothes come out nice and clean.
