Apparently Samsung has an issue with mold/scum/whatever that stays and grows under the (very small) agitator. (on the Samsung Community site I found 31 pages of complaints). Have followed cleaning guidelines since purchase and to no avail. In fact, I have cleaned it 5 times in one day, and when I thought we were ahead of problem, we were not and not clothing is ruined. STAY AWAY. Best Buy should not carry this product, for in the end it will tarnish the Best Buy reputation.
