Old washer crapped out with a load in it so we need a new one asap on Thanksgiving weekend. Went to our local store and picked this one out. Great so far.

Our old washer went out, and this one is perfect!! Its bigger than our previous one and holds a much bigger load. Plus it plays happy music when its done!

I really like my washer. I have discovered that with my clothes I have needed to turn the washer from the highest spin cycle, as it wads everything up into a tight ball, and all of my clothes are super wrinkled when pulling them out of the washer. Switching to a lighter spin has fixed this issue, but also means my clothes are just a touch wetter when pulling out of the washer. I recently experienced the unbalanced drum error that others mentioned when washing a set of sheets. Just needed to open door, readjust the load, and then it was able to continue washing. Also, I have had to switch back to liquid detergent instead of Tide Pods. When using Tide Pods, they don't completely dissolve, and are leaving gel marks, or white marks on darker clothes, even when using a full cycle (instead of the quicker wash cycle). I have had this washer for a couple months worth of use now, so I feel that I can say that overall, it is a good washer.

My second set of samsung washer dryer set and extremely happy with its time saving features. Doesn't waste water and , a cycle for each type of wash, big enough for my comforters.

Load sensor minimize water usage. Multiple easy touch options and of course the non annoying timer sounds all add to the overall satisfaction of product

I can't believe how quiet this machine is. We have second floor laundry next to our bedroom and can't even hear it one room away. Also, the capacity is well worth the extra $50 we paid for 5.0 vs. 4.5. What used to take two loads on our 4.0 laundry now doesn't even fill the drum all the way.

We switched from front loader to top loader and are much happier with top loader. This model can handle large loads including comforters and is quiet.

I got the set for an affordable price, mostly because of the color. The interface is simple and straightforward, the volume is perfect for a family with kids and the different modes are helpful. The only concern is the height of this unit and it’s depth. My wife who is not average height, short, needs a step to help her reach the bottom of the washer.

Bought to replace hand me down models. Excellent price for the options you get. Wonderfully large capacity drum, extremely quiet had a hard time hearing if it was on at first. Have noticed a drop in my water bill also due to larger loads and the efficiency. Only draw back is that each load does take twice as long to wash but well worth it. Should have bought years ago.

Coming from a samsung front loader purchased in 2012 that had a few flaws but washed well I was unsure about a new toploader without an agitator. This one cleans very well and holds a large amount of clothes. We purchased the larger unit since we are expecting a second child and will have a need for a larger capacity washer. Buy it, you wont be disappointed.

large to handle big loads, quiet, easy to use. kids can use.

I love the large capacity wash tub, and the multiple settings. It's also nice not having to select the load size, and end up using to much water.

Love this washe simple to use. Has a nice little chime when load is done. And it also tells you when it need to self clean. Definitely recommend.

Load balancing is great I feel I can get more laundry done with this washer I also like how the washer chimes when done and it’s really quiet.

So far its been good to have this washermachine. Washes very well and fits alot of clothing!! Makes no sound!!! Just great for a family of 6.

Lots of room and many choices in settings. Very deep tub. Would not recommend for a short person.

Love my new Samsung washer. Large capacity, less loads to do. I'm not tall so I have a little step stool to reach the bottom of the washer.

This washer is easy to use and has great capacity. So much better than the front loaders! I am very happy I got this.

Had a Maytag and whirlpool in the last 10yrs. Both broke down in less that 5yrs. Switched to Samsung and hoping it lasts longer. Quiet and does a great job so far.
