Easy to use, quiet and extremely efficient. I love it

Bought and had installed the Samsung - 5.0 Cu. Ft. 11-Cycle High-Efficiency Top-Loading Washer Model # WA50M7450A in White about 3 weeks ago as my Samsung front loading washing machine died after 5 years of use. Now grant you we are a family of 5 and the washing machine was in use many times during the course of the week. After much research and believe me there are a lot of opinions good and bad on every machine out there I knew I wanted another Samsung and I most definitely wanted a top loading machine this time around. My old front loading machine was a real pain in the neck, When taking out the washed clothes they often fell on the floor along with smaller clothing items getting caught in the rubber gasket that lined the inside of he washer. This gasket ripped twice which caused leaking and both times had to be replaced at my expense, because naturally it was after the purchased 3 year extended warranty expired. But I digress. This new washing machine may not have as many cycles/settings as my old Samsung machine but quite frankly I only used but a few of them and this new machine has more then enough cycles/ settings for all my needs and daily use. One noticeable excellent feature of my new Samsung is how huge the inside drum is. I can literally fit my thick king size comforter with no problem and it comes out beautifully and with ease. Hey even though the inside is cavernous the washing machine adjusts itself accordingly to what ever size load you need to get washed, I would suggest reading the manual so you get familiar with the settings. To be fair I only had but 1 minor incident with this machine and that was when my son just threw in a weeks worth of his clothes without distributing it around the drum causing the load to become uneven during the spin cycle. The machine indicated a code which the manual explained and once the clothes were distributed evenly - NO PROBLEM. Keep in mind this only happened one time - familiarize with the machine - read the manual. In a nutshell I am very happy with my new Samsung washing machine and hope to have it for a long time. I would suggest, from my experience, to purchase the 5 year warranty because it really is less expensive purchasing it from the beginning then paying a fortune on any repairs in the future. In my opinion this washing machine is worth the money. Good luck and may you be happy with whatever washer you purchase.

Love the large capacity cleans well more effiecent and quiet

We went from a older machine to this. It cleans quicker and better than our old washer. When its done washing it plays a little tune.

Have only had it a month. But I’ve washed comforters, long hallway rugs, big loads of towels, lots of dirty clothes. It’s amazing how much it can hold. And it is quieter than my old machine of 13 years. It’s done a really good job. My daughter has washed a couple loads on the quick wash, and was not happy. She said, it didn’t clean her clothes and she had to wash them again.

I bought this iten to replace my 5 yr old GE that was on its last leg, after research and deciding what size we decided to purchase the 5.0 cu ft Samsung, upon delivery we were impressed by the overall look, then when we opened the lid we were overwhelmed by the size, after a couple weeks we are still impressed by the quality, design , and operation. One drawback is the depth of the drum if you are short, it is extremely deep for my 5'2" wife to get to the bottom clothes, all in all I would recommend this item

I love this washer, and I now have a matching set as I previously had the dryer. I can fit two-three regular size loads into my washer for one load. Everything comes out nice and clean and I believe it has even helped my dryer to be more efficient as I don't think my old dryer was effectively spinning all the water out when finished.

We've been using the dryerr for a few months now and are very pleased with it's performance and style. Definitely would recommend.

Washer was delivered in 2 days and was perfect. Love that the inside can fit a huge load of laundry easy to install ourselves.

This washing is amazing it can do so many functions & it can make my clothes look brand new! I love how it can clean itself & freshen wrinkled clothes!

Got tho after turned in a recalled washer. Got the 4.5 cu first but that had unbalance problems and Deep Wash leaked too. Got 5.0 , seems good so far.

I was looking forward to a much quieter machine and was a bit disappointed by that, of course it could just be it's location. Our hookups are located directly beside the master bedroom so the sound travels. It has a huge basin and the water can be heard splashing in during various cycles. Does s great job though. My delicates have yet to be picked. I like the eco-warm feature as well.

Wasn't sure how the washer would perform when i purchased it. I must say that i was pleasantly surprised with it's abilities.

Love the enormous size of this unit. Very quiet unit and like being able to leave the lid open to dry unlike a front loader

I LOVE this washer! The barrel is big enoigh to fit A TON of clothes in. It’s super quiet. I can’t even tell that it’s on. If gives you different options of the type of load you are washing and gives you the time of how long it’s going to take. And when your clothes are done, it plays a little song.
