Love the,washer only problem is the tub is very deep so if you have short arms its hard to reach the clothes to put in dryer.

i like the machine it's very large capacity helps washing blankets and bedding. nice looking as well.

We purchased all new Samsung appliances when we moved to our new home 6 months ago and I was very excited about this washer after seeing the positive reviews. After 6 months of using it 2-3 times weekly, I can no longer give it the benefit of the doubt. I’m not impressed by this machine and it has me missing my old Whirlpool with an agitator. Despite the large capacity of this washer, it does not handle large loads well: it frequently becomes unbalanced (and takes an excessive amount of time to correct itself) and I have found undissolved detergent pods stuck to clothing in several larger loads of laundry. (Note, these “larger loads” are not cram-packed into the machine, rather they fill the machine about 1/2 to 2/3 full.) Tonight I did a load of laundry and found a lighter weight item was partially dry at the end of the cycle. I can only suspect it floated near the top and the lack of agitation prevented it from getting pulled down into the tub. (No, it wasn’t “spun dry” by the spin cycle as some other reviewer claimed happened with his machine. It just didn’t get wet or washed.) It defeats the purpose of having a nice fancy machine if I have to re-wash a load of laundry at least once every 2 weeks due to the machine’s shortcomings. Other drawbacks I wish I’d considered: 1) Cannot manually select water level/“override” the high efficiency smart sensor to use more or less water if desired. This would be useful for very small delicate cycles for presoaking before washing. 2) User has decreased control over the cycle settings; on several of them, you’re unable to select your desired water temperature or spin speed. 3) the washer is quite tall. I’m 5’5” and must use a small step stool to get into the bottom of the drum to fish out socks/ small items. I probably wouldn’t mind this if the machine managed loads of laundry in keeping with the size of the washer! Unfortunately, I feel like I’m stuck with this hunk of metal that functions, but doesn’t function up to par. This machine (combinned with the performance of a couple other new Samsung appliances we got) makes me wary of purchasing Samsung in the future.

There is so much room! I've had it for about a month now, and I actually can't wait to do laundry.

This is an excellent washing machine. Best Buy's installers were neat, courteous, and efficient.

Larger capacity than our previous model by at least 1/3. Many more options to choose when doing a load of wash. It allows for quick washes of 33 minutes to regular and even heavy duty needs. Much quieter than the old model it replaced without the agitator in the middle.

Very quiet, and so far has not gone out of balance while washing a comforter or 7 pairs of jeans

I love this washer. My only complaint is it can be tough to grab the clothes out of the washer for shorter people. I am 5'7" and I can barely reach the clothes when they are finish washing to put them into the dryer. IT's great that it has such a large capacity but it was definitely not test for short people.

This washer is wonderful, it has all the settings you could need. The tub holds so much, it doesn’t have the center agitator but doesn’t seem to matter, everything comes out clean, and smelling great. I can fit my king size comforter in it. I’d buy it again.

I've been very pleased with this purchase! So far no issues in the first year and there are many types of cycles to choose from based on your needs. Efficient and quiet! I would only say the long string of musical notes when a cycle is complete is a bit overkill.
