I was so excited to buy a new washer and dryer because I hadn't had in-home access to them in about two years. I'm very pleased with the set I chose. I wanted to go big and get something lasting and without an agitator, so I went big!

Love this washing machine. Lots of options for different loads and stains. Quiet. Very efficient in space for the laundry room, and the quality of the wash is gentle on the clothes and tough on stains and odors.

washer is awesome , so many settings to choose from and almost completely silent. the inside fits tons of clothes, would recommend a step for shorter people, my wife needed one. also it sings when it finishes.

This is the best washer I've ever had. It runs so quietly that I don't even realize it's on. It sings a song after it's done. Gets my clothes clean and seems to be good so far. And the design is so sleek looking!

Looks great holds a lot but one have run one load through so I don’t know much yet.

only four stars because reliability not known yet- otherwise good modern machine - quite simple to operate - my wife (5ft8 tall) has a hard time reaching the bottom of the machine after the wash. will need a small step, but this is minor.

Our washer went out and we had to get a replacement quick! We drove to Best Buy and bought this open box washing machine. It is HUGE inside. It is quiet and you can do a ton of laundry at once. Great for large blankets!

I wanted a reliable large size capacity washer that was easy to use and handled large size bedding and throw rugs just as effectively as regular garments and that's what I got. Very happy with this washer.

My wife and I prefer this washing machine over a front loader. It is easier to lean over the top opening to reach clothes than to bend over so low to retrieve clothes from a front loader. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

Can’t get over the amount of clothes we can wash in one load.

I shopped for a few months and settled on the Samsung 5.0 Cu. Ft. 11-Cycle High-Efficiency Top-Loading Washer - White. I was a bit unsure about the agitator-free aspect, but spoke with sales people and did some research. Since my washer was just delivered, I can't report just yet, but I will add to my review. The product has excellent manuals.

Cleans really well. The washer is a little loud when it spins but it is bearable

Looks nice and has many automated efficiencies, like auto water fill level, and easy to use. This model has a large capacity so we should be able to fit blankets with ease and not feel its over loaded.
