The only reason for thr 4 stars is because of its ability to dry the clothes after spinning. It feels damper than the way my last washing machines does. But otherwise easy to use and it has a deep tub too.

This washer also plays you a little song when it's done. Lol! It really is a great machine and is quiet outside of the tune (you can silence it).

The washer is decent not good and then broke.

It takes the same time to wash clothes as our last cheaper washer and then at exactly 12 months and a week and a half it decided to completely die. We thought it was something simple like a bearing. Nope there is a shift mechanism. Looks like a big plastic cog and it split in two. So yeah a nice expensive part that of course Samsung won't cover. Hey Samsung, why don't you cover an obvious problem with your product?

Many setting options and a large tub to do larger loads. My only complaint so far (and the culprit may/may not be the washer), is that I had sheets come out 'splotchy' - some spots with a slightly different color. Now this also happened with my old washer so I thought that was the problem. But now, why, I'm not sure!

This washer works pretty much like a frontloader washer, so it doesn't use as much water and it doesn't have an agitator in the center. Don't expect it to give more water than needed. I like it because I can control the water levels, the spin cycles.
