This washer is very different from the old top loader machine I had. This washer works pretty much like a frontloader washer, so it doesn't use as much water and it doesn't have an agitator in the center. Don't expect it to give more water than needed. I like it because I can control the water levels, the spin cycles.

Washer is great, efficient, and best one I've own.

My wife loved it, I like Samsung products. This machine is very solid and very dependable. I am very certain that it will stay long with us without any problem. Very less noise, smooth and good quality wash.

I am very happy with this washer because it is very quiet and gets my clothes fresh and clean. It's a great looking unit as well. Have had zero problems with it and am very happy with it. Would recommend.

Love this washer. I do so much less laundry than I used to since the tub on this is huge. Easy to use and has a lot of settings to choose from. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

This washer works well, simple & intuitive to use. Holds a large capacity and has yet to be off balance. Quiet and stable for upstairs usage. So many options, we'll likely never use them all

This washer is the quietest we have ever owned. It holds a huge amount of clothes so my wife doesn't have to spend so much time doing it. Overall a great value that we are glad we bought.

large capacity, cleans clothing well. only draw back is I am short and have trouble reaching the bottom of the drum to get clothing out when finished washing..... should have built in step ladder for machine

So far this machine is definitely living up to its standards. Extremely quiet and cleaning very well. The cycles selections makes it easy to wash and level waters used is perfectly matched to the load

Love this washer and the whole experience buying it at Best Buy! My salesman knew his stuff. I didn’t want a bunch of bells and whistles, but I did want a reliable machine. I’ve had a Samsung front loader for several years and knew I wanted to go back to a top loader. It works like a dream. Super quiet, does a great job. No complaints. It is very deep, so be aware if you are short. I can barely reach the bottom. My salesman was aware of that and made sure I could touch before I purchased. Overall great purchase and delivery!

We thoroughly researched before purchase. Wanted to be sure old problems with glass tops were resolved. Felt comfortable these issues were resolved. Shopped prices at local appliance and home improvement stores during Thanksgiving sales. BestBuy total price of washer, delivery, haul away was best deal. Delivery and set up guys were fast and good.

This Samsung washer and dryer set are the best I've ever had. The ease of use and array of options are definitely a plus. And they're quiet when leveled properly. They fit perfectly in my laundry area and they look good as well

I have not had any problems with the washer. I like how easy it is to use. It is very deep, but I am 5'3" and can reach the bottom on my tiptoes. Overall, I am very pleased so far.

It is high efficiency which is wonderful, but it drips water down the front and had a lot of moisture that forms on the control panel even if you put a towel across the top.

I have been using this for the past 4 years now without any issue. easy to use, and maintain. good size for the family of 4.

I find that the Samsung washer is extremely quite and does a great job of cleaning clothes. I use the proper detergent as recommended by manufacturer and I believe that makes a differenc.

This washer works very well. The only thing I wish I could do is add water during a cycle. It is large enough that I can wash a comforter in it, which is one of the reasons I chose this machine. Works well so far!
