Like washer, the tub is huge, it has a choice for a deep water wash, which was exactly what I was looking for. Except, one major problem! The salesman failed to tell us that it might be hard to reach the bottom of tub to get all the clothes out!! I have to get a step stool to reach the bottom of tub to pull clothes out! Big problem, I’m 67 years old, I sure don’t want to fall off step stool! Not happy, salesman just wanted to make a sale. He knew how deep the tub was! I didn’t think about that, or I would of gotten a front load or smaller tub! Also, it flashes, self clean, to often. This uses a lot of hot water and takes 55 minutes to run.

We are happy with the overall performance of the washer. Very easy to hookup and use. We especially like the see through top and the quietness of the machine.

I love this washer. It is very quiet and fast. There is however one drawback, it is so deep a short person would need a step ladder to reach the laundry.

It’s my first time to purchase a digital washing machine. But I found it very easy to use, practical, efficiency and most important energy saver. Very good one!

Love my new Samsung washer. Works and looks great! Very deep, can wash quilts and comforters beautifully. Cleans excellent. Would definitely recommend this product.

This is a great wash machine, ultra quiet and does a good job. Only downside is my wife needs a small step to reach the bottom...no more laundry mat for blankets!

This washer has so much room. It fits my king comforter with plenty of room to spare. My clothes come out way cleaner smelling than my previous washer as well!

Washing machine is huge compared to our old one, with no agitator to get in the way of more clothes. We fit two old loads into a single one in this washer now.

It has a very large tub, and runs smoothly, with very little or no vibration. I would have given a rating of 5, but the clothes don't cme out as dry as my previous washer.

This is so much larger than our previous washer. It holds large blankets and bedding much better. I also like that it doesn't have a center agitator.

I really like my washer. It is huge! I previously had an older washer with an agitator. This will wash about twice as many items! I've seen reviews that talk about noise, I hear the water swish, but other than that I haven't had a problem. I also highly recommend the delivery. We bought ours in Illinois when we were planning to move, then had it delivered to Georgia. The delivery guys ran up the stairs with our washer (good, because they were efficient), and it was very quickly installed. They stayed until the washer ran to see if it was working. Overall, very quick, very well done experience.

We are a rather dirty family that puts off laundry until the last minute. Even with a weeks worth off dirties loaded up it does an amazing job! Quiet too!!

This washer has a super large capacity and works really great! highly recommended for those with lots of dirty clothes

This machine is huge and handles large loads very well. I absolutely love the no agitator and the pre-measured slots for detergent and softner.
