I love the huge tub-- great for large loads. The only problem I have with it is I'm 5'4" and it is hard for me to lean over and get small things from the bottom of the tub when it is done. I have a small step stool to get on to lean over and empty tub.

It works, fits my kings size stuff. I do have an issue with filling it correctly so I get unbalanced alot. But I can do 2 days of laundry for 5 in one load

Extra capacity washer can handle a full laundry basket in one load. Has multiple settings for just the right selection of clothing. Easy to use.

After a lot of research, I chose to go with this washer. I love it! I love having several options for washing, it's simple to use, and washes clothes great!

This washing mach. is so quiet, and efficient, it even plays a little song when your wash is finished. It is the Best washing machine there is.

It's a great modern washing machine that's replaced my old dying unit with a protruding agitator. It's got a great look and plays a great little jingle when completed. That threw me off the first time. At first it was a little intimidating because my old unit was very simple with limited options but I've had no issues save for the fact that the Geek Squad delivery guys failed to hook up the hot water line because they had issues disconnecting the old line from the source. Told me to call a plumber. That was disappointing but it wasn't the washers fault.

First washer I had to exchange due to malfunctioning in the second week..the new one is working great! Very quiet and has a large capacity

My washer broke and I replaced it with this unit and it is awesome. The only bad reviews that I saw was that the basin was deep but with two kids that’s great for putting all their clothes in. And it makes a really cool song at the end of the cycle.

This washer is great! This is officially my first washer to buy as an adult & I’d say that I am in love. All the reviews that I have read are correct about this washer. Don’t let anyone down play you, this is a great washer for any beginner adult

This washer was easy to set up, and easy to use. Very impressed with the cleanliness of clothing and multiple settings for various loads.

It does the job, sometime and I mean sometime I get a unbalance. But I think its mostly my fault. So I have to re-distribute the cloths. But I like it. I set up the detergents, through the cloths in there a forget about it, until the nice finish up song comes one.

This washing machine is very quiet. I was worried about the water level since you can't select that any more, but this has the window top so you can see how much water is in there. The water seems to cover the items completely, except for towels and sheets. For those, I use the Deep Fill option and everything is then covered. The only thing that is totally annoying is the song it plays at the end of the cycle. I would like a buzz or something a bit shorter than an entire song. Overall, I would recommend this product.

I have only had this machine for about 2 weeks after replacing my LG washer. Seems to clean well and is quiet. The only thing I wish it had was an option to add water.

The washer is a lot quieter than the one we had before and doesn't destroy our clothes. The large tub is great for our family of 5. Does great!!!

I love my Samsung 5.0 washing machine. It is so easy to use and above all it's so quiet! I wish I would of bought this machine a long time ago....

Wife loves it. Looks bigger in laundry room than store. Larger capacity than old machine but takes up less space as it is taller and not as wide.

Seamless process and the washer works too. At the end of a wash it sings you a song. Very quiet operation and it takes large loads

Much quieter than my old GE. My only complaint is that I need a low step stool to retrieve small items from the bottom of the tub.
