My first washer was part of a recall where the sent someone to add a bracket. Then I had issues with it. So with no issue, Samsung refunded me the purchase price on my old machine even though it was 4 years old. Their service and the way they stand behind their products is why I chose this washer to buy as my replacement. Works great! Love it!
