I purchased the washer and dryer set. Ran the washer on deep cycle religiously due to reviews on similar Samsung models claiming leakage coming from the bottom. No issues on mine. If you are a short person then you may need a step stool to reach. Dryer is just a solid unit all around. I’m giving these a 4 Star rating because it’s hard to rate something perfect but a very well rounded, solid set. Great value for the money. I’ll update if any issues in the future with these

I had old Samsung washer which is similar model which was working excellent. I bought this one to replace because the old one is recalled and Samsung gave me rebate to buy a new one for replacement.

We’ve had these for a little over a month now and have put both the washer and dryer through it’s paces. And I’m honestly happy with how well they clean out clothes. I work in construction (structured cabling) and can get my clothes fairly dirty on certain job sites and the washer cleans it with ease and I don’t have to use the heavy duty cycle since the normal one has been enough.

This Samsung can wash a lot of clothes and does a great job of getting them clean.

I was skeptical purchasing a Samsung washer based on reviews I had read. However, I was assured this was a good washer and to definitely get the Home Depot warranty because if anything were to go wrong, it would be serviced immediately and by someone from Home Depot. So far, I love the washer. It does a great job and I have no problems with those occasional big loads getting clean.

Works great, minus the lengthy wash times. Once it starts the door locks. Also may not be a good machine for anyone under 5'8, unless you don't mind hang on the top trying to reach the bottom.
