We actually bought this for our son and his family. It was a Black Friday purchase, but what sold us was the Samsung name

This washer has great capacity. I was hesitant to purchase since others reviewed that it had low water but actually I’m glad I went with it because my clothes feel clean and the amount of lint in my dryer has actually decreased. It has great capacity I am able to do 2 loads in one. So far great purchase

The washer is amazing taking measurements of the weight of the loads to program the water amounts before to star to wash.

We had to decide immediately what machine we wanted as our old machine broke down. We picked this model because of the size of the drum and ease to fill it. As long as you follow the instructions it works as described. While it works for us it could be difficult for a small person to reach the bottom of the drum.

This washer is great for washing large loads such as comforters. I'm 5'5" and have to stand on my tip toes to reach the clothes at that bottom, but it's great being able to get larger loads done in one wash. My only complaint is the length of the wash cycle. All except the quick wash are one hour or greater. Other than that I'm loving it!

Efficient, and water saving. I think I might have bought too large of a capacity as when the clothes are done, I can not reach the bottom of the washer! I need a tongs to grab the clothes at the bottom. It's that deep! Other than that, I love it and am looking forward to doing my comforters and large bedding.

this machine has great capacity, does a good job getting all the clothes clean... plus it doesn’t have that stale smell front loaders get!!

This is my first Samsung washer machine. I was raised up and impressed with GE products only. I love my new washer!

Best Buy was great. This is a discontinued item. We found one on the floor in a BB nearby. Picked it up the next day. I installed it ourselves, rented a Uhaul professional dolley and tarps to protect it. Easy to set in place. Larger than normal tub size. Wonderful. Can't say enough. Bob

I love this washing machine. It gets the laundry clean. The drum holds a lot of clothes, towels or bedding. It is easy to load. The only downside is the drum is really big. I need a foot stool or a reach assist bar to get the small items out of the machine. Otherwise I am extremely happy with my purchase.

sales person was very helpful. product was just what i was looking for. delivery guys moved it in and unpacked it

I got this one after a conventional top load washer was brought and tried, unfortunate the drum was too deep and I had a hart time to reach the bottom. I exchanged it to this model, I like the slick design, low water usage and quite, most of all, it does not hurt my back taking the clothes out anymore.

It's super quiet. Washes bedding great. I'll get the matching dryer.
